Crafted in the traditional French style, these croissants are prepared with buttery pastry dough that bakes up perfectly crisp and flaky. Shipped frozen, they're easy to prepare – just thaw and bake to enjoy croissants with an irresistible buttery aroma, flaky golden-brown exteriors and delicate interiors. There's no faster or easier way to bring a taste of France to the breakfast table.

- Use & Care
- The croissants ship frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove croissants from the shipping container and place in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 1 month.
- Place the frozen croissants, rounded side up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with a sheet of parchment paper. Let thaw for approx. 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the top piece of parchment paper. If desired, lightly beat 1 egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and use a pastry brush to coat the croissants with the egg wash. Bake the croissants until golden brown, 18–20 minutes.
- Dough (wheat flour, butter [cream], water, sugar, yeast, whole-milk powder, salt, wheat gluten, food enzymes [amylase, hemicellulase], ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), egg wash (eggs, water).

Please not that we do not ship perishable food items outside the contiguous 48 states or to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Formally they were the "Galaxy Classic" ones but recently I have switched to these "Ready to Bake Classics" which can be prepared quickly. Both types are shipped deep frozen with dry ice packs. Several times in the past (twice in some 20 orders) they have arrived with the dry ice pack exhausted and the rolls slightly thawing. A slight delay on the shipper's part caused this condition. I re-froze the croissants and they only suffered very slightly when used later. These croissants come as close as can be readily had here with little effort in one's own kitchen to the origonal rolls served in Paris in it's Golden years.Date published: 2019-10-30Rated 1 out of 5 by bjeric from Disappointed! Received one hard frozen glop of dough. Had to thaw to try to separate in sticky misshapen chunks. Baked unevenly, had to bake 3 minutes longer that directed, baked unevenly.
