Williams Sonoma Pasta Sauce, Pumpkin

Our handcrafted pasta sauce makes it easy to enjoy fall harvest flavors. We simmer sweet pumpkin and butternut squash with light cream, aged Parmesan cheese and roasted chicken demiglace. To finish the sauce, we balance the mellow sweetness of roasted garlic with savory notes of sage and black pepper. For a great meal, just toss with freshly cooked pasta—from fettuccine and capellini to ravioli and tortellini.

• Pumpkin puree, water, heavy cream, low sodium mirepoix (sautéed vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, soybean oil), salt, sugar, maltodextrin, modified corn starch, and natural flavor), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes) cornstarch, powdered cellulose to prevent caking), brown sugar, cornstarch, unsalted butter, salt, black pepper, lemon juice concentrate, sage, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice.
