A celebration of the fall harvest, our bisque is a silky blend of savory pureed pumpkin and sweet caramelized onions. They're simmered with heavy cream and garlic, delicately balanced with fragrant ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper. Prep is simple—just heat the starter with vegetable or chicken broth.

- Pumpkin puree, butternut squash puree, heavy cream, onion puree, mirepoix vegetable base (carrots, celery, onions, soybean oil, salt, sugar, maltodextrin, modified cornstarch, natural flavor), brown sugar, unsalted butter, modified food starch, garlic puree, caramelized onion juice concentrate, carrot juice concentrate, ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, thyme.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 1 jar pumpkin bisque starter and 2 cups (500 ml) low-sodium vegetable ?or chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the soup is heated through. Ladle into bowls and serve immediately. Serves 6.

I'm not a fan of prepared soups since some of the ingredients aren't healthy, but I gave this a try and thought it was just okay. What I found made it better was adding a little bit of the Williams-Sonoma apple cider concentrate along with the chicken stock. Tastes like a standard cup of pumpkin soup. I liked how easy it was to make, just add chicken stock. Not sure I would buy it again though because it's not as hearty as I would have wished.
