Should your Williams-Sonoma cookware require repair or replacement, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone at 1-800-541-1262 (4am – 9pm PST) 7 days a week or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedures and a return authorization number. If Williams-Sonoma confirms a defect and approves your claim, Williams-Sonoma will elect to repair or replace the item without charge.

But I use foil to cover it later on. I bought this roaster over the weekend, seeing that it was on sale as I've been getting back into cooking. I made Piri Piri chicken for dinner, the bird was pre-seasoned on the outside with rubbing spices. I added white wine, shallots, garlic and lemons to the pan. After 45 minutes the bird was done, and it was the best roasted chicken I've ever made. This changes the game when it comes to poultry, even chicken breasts which tend to be dry came out perfectly juicy and tender. The clean up is just as easy. We soaked ours for a bit to soften up the crispies and then they washed right off. Honestly have no idea what that other review is talking about. Ours works great and we couldn't be happier. This review has gotten long but there was just too much to share. We only used the product once before returning it. We followed the video - the chicken was excellent. Unfortunately the clean-up was not. It was impossible to remove the material that was baked on in the corners despite repeated soaking and after the 3rd attempt the non-stick coating in two of the corners flaked off. We returned to the store for a full refund - and only after that did we notice in the reviews that several other people had the same problem. Hello, I lost my instructions/recipe/manual from this package. Can anyone let me know the temperature (425F?), cups(2 cups?) of liquid and cooking time (50mins?) for a regular bird. Thanks a lot.Hi Louise, Here are the instructions: 1. Place the oven rack on the lowest level in the oven (just to provide space for the roaster with upright chicken). 2. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and any desired spice rub. 4. Remove the steamer insert and add 1 cup of water or other liquid (Wine/Soda/Beer etc) to the bottom of the Williams Sonoma Professional Chicken Roaster. 5. Place the steamer insert back onto the steamer plate. 6. Place the chicken upright over the steamer insert and tuck in the chicken wings so they do not burn. 7. If you are using a meat thermometer, place the thermometer probe in the thickest (meatiest) part of the chicken leg. 8. Transfer the chicken to the oven and roast until the thermometer registers 165°F.Date published: 2019-09-23
