For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

From the date of purchase, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.
Should your Williams-Sonoma cookware require repair or replacement, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone at 1-800-541-1262 (4am – 9pm PST) 7 days a week or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedures and a return authorization number. If Williams-Sonoma confirms a defect and approves your claim, Williams-Sonoma will elect to repair or replace the item without charge.

I can't understand the negative reviews because I would give mine 10 stars. They are literally the perfect pans for omelettes. I did ruin the nonstick surface on one by putting it in the dishwasher, but the care instructions recommend hand washing. I had never before tried a ceramic pan but now will gift this one to someone w/a gas range because we are unable to return a close-out item. I've been using Calphalon nonstick fry pans for about 20 years, having to replace them every 8 years or so when they got scratched or started turning brown (???). Saw this on sale and couldn't resist the price. Have only had it for a few weeks, but I love it! While I still try to use non-metal utensils with it for eggs, bacon, sautéing onions, frying a burger, etc., the occasional metal spatula doesn't seem to bother it. I have had these for about a year now. Do read the instructions that come with them. I read them but failed to let my son know them as he has decided he wants to be a chef. He was cooking and didn't know not to stick a hot pan in water. It became useless as everything stuck to it and became difficult to clean. I have had the two larger pans for about 8 months now and they are the best I have ever owned. The clean up is ridiculously easy and cooking is wonderful. Nice to know they aren't finished with a toxic coating, also, especially when cooking with a high heat. I did have a few chips when I first purchased the 12", but that was mainly due to my mishandling. Since I have been more careful, I haven't had any issues whatsoever.
