Rated 5 out of 5 by Hirdavid from Love these ceramic coated pans Love this series of pans. Used the 12” for a year and when the smaller ones went on sale I bought both of them. We use them everyday, but I do hand wash them, so they are still non-stick and beautiful. Hand washing involves rinsing with a soapy sponge. Nothing could be easier. Now our friends are buying them. We have started using induction so again these work great. I am careful and care for them so they will last. Of all our cookware, these are my favorite.Date published: 2017-10-13Rated 5 out of 5 by Neblina from Really good frying pan I purchased two of them at different sizes. I have a Le Crueset frying pan of a similar size. I prefer these. They have an excellent finish. Easy to clean and I do that by handwashing without any problems. I really don't understand the negative reviews because my wife and I really like these better than anything else we have tried.Date published: 2017-09-27Rated 1 out of 5 by Rhody girl from Horrible pan! I spent plenty on the 12 inch pan thinking it would last for years. It was ok for the first few uses but every time I use it, food sticks and it is impossible to clean. It is AGAIN soaking after cooking pancakes for goodness sake. Do not waste your money. My stainless all clad is much better quality. Very disappointed.Date published: 2017-07-17Rated 1 out of 5 by elgatonegro from Damaged (chipped) after less than 20 meals I've cooked less than 20 meals on this thing, and it's already chipped in 2 places. Never put it in the oven or dishwasher and always used wooden utensils on it. Save your money.Date published: 2017-01-14Rated 5 out of 5 by Gatoazul from Great fry pan Distributes heat evenly, easy to clean and big enough to cook all we need at one time, no need to do a little at a time. Easily the best frying pan we've ever used. Not cheap, but top quality!Date published: 2016-12-24Rated 4 out of 5 by YourMom from Overall excellent pan We purchased this pan over a year ago and still love it! It cooks up a variety of foods in a snap with nice, even heating throughout the pan. It is also a cinch to clean; food comes off with my hand and a bit of soapy water - no scrubbing necessary! Also great is that it can go in the dishwasher. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the fact that it has scraped in a few places rather quickly. Overall, an excellent pan!Date published: 2016-12-10Rated 1 out of 5 by hungryrob from My initial excitement has soured quickly... When we first got this pan, we thought it was amazing. But then it went downhill...quick. The pan is now no easier to cook and clean in than an enamel coated skillet (a la Le Creuset) and far less non-stick than our trusty cast iron. I wanted to love this pan but no-longer. The non-stick quality of the coating is simply not durable. Not in the sense that is easily nicked or scraped (though it does chip), but that it hasn't kept working. Stick with Teflon, or if you want to avoid having heated Polytetraflouroethylene in contact with your food...learn to use a cast-iron pan. There are probably some things we'll still use this for, but after 7 short months it's not the pan it was.Date published: 2016-08-31Rated 5 out of 5 by Karen13295 from Great pan! You only need to use medium to low heat and I use just a bit of oil for flavor. Nothing sticks and it cleans up beautifully. Hugs the burner and everything cooks evenly.Date published: 2016-02-27
