For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

From the date of purchase, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.
Should your Williams-Sonoma cookware require repair or replacement, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone at 1-800-541-1262 (4am – 9pm PST) 7 days a week or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedures and a return authorization number. If Williams-Sonoma confirms a defect and approves your claim, Williams-Sonoma will elect to repair or replace the item without charge.

Season both sides of the steaks with the spice rub, patting the rub onto the steak so that it adheres. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat a large cast-iron fry pan over a campfire, hot grill, or stove set to medium-high heat until it is very hot, about 3 minutes. Add the steaks to the pan and cook, turning once, until well seared and cooked to medium-rare, 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
When the steaks are about halfway done, add the peppers to the pan with the steak. Sear, turning them occasionally, until slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
Transfer the steaks to a carving board and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer the peppers to a platter. Cut the steak into strips and arrange on the platter with the peppers. Serve immediately. Serves 4.

I take care of my parents so I live with them temporarily and use these at least every other day. I usually cook things like sausage or bacon and scrambled eggs and generally put a generous pat of butter to cook the eggs. I've never had any problem with cleanup. The eggs never stick (maybe because of the butter) and the sausage and bacon don't stick either because of the grease they produce. I wash them with gentle dish soap and paper towels with warm to hot water and never put them in the dishwasher. They have lasted a year and are still in fabulous condition.
