Rated 1 out of 5 by Oma Karen from Doesn't work My husband surprised me with this gorgeous garlic press for mother's day. I have tried to use it several times and had my husband try. It is too hard to squeeze and useless. Very disappointed!Date published: 2019-06-10Rated 1 out of 5 by nowasurlatablefan from Too difficult to squeeze What a terrible company to make its own most-expensive garlic press too difficult to squeeze. And for the price compared to others, you would think they would have automatic cleaning pins if you flip the press the opposite direction.Date published: 2018-12-31Rated 1 out of 5 by Nan24 from Terrible! Very poor engineering This garlic press does not work. It does not crush even the smallest clove,of garlic. I now have the hassle if taking it back to the store. SHAME ON YOU WILLIAMS SONOMA FOR OFFERING A POORLY DESIGNED ITEM AT A PREMIUM PRICEDate published: 2018-11-12Rated 1 out of 5 by Rmoore from Terrible This is the worst garlic press I have tried it now a couple times and it doesn’t work one bit !!! C’omon W and S you should try before you sell especially for the high priceDate published: 2018-01-15Rated 5 out of 5 by GPcook from Love this Garlic Press I selected this press after returning another brand that fell apart. I love it! I cook a lot and it gets used often. Works well, love the removable piece for cleaning, and place this piece in the bottom of dishwasher. I do put the main press in the dishwasher on the top shelfDate published: 2017-12-05Rated 1 out of 5 by StephMontano from Almost threw it in the trash I feel in love with the design at the store. However, when I went to use it, it was next to impossible. I had to leverage the counter and push with both hands to try and mince the garlic. I plan to exchange this for a more traditional model and will be checking the reviews first. I wish I would have gone with what I know works and went with a more traditional design.Date published: 2017-10-23Rated 1 out of 5 by FrankNS from Bulky and poor design I bought this while visiting Calgary and though the design and style looked like a winner, it's not! Really hard to sqeeze even with both hands and all your strength. You waste half the clove as it won't easily pass through the basket. Bulky to hold. Heavy and strong construction was the reason I bought it but I resorted back to chopping my garlic. For $50+ CAN I expected more.Date published: 2017-08-14Rated 1 out of 5 by sf27 from Poor design I bought this last year. I love WS products, but not this one! The product itself is beautiful and sturdy, but unfortunately it doesn't do the job properly. I was trying to replace an old KitchenAid garlic presser I had.. so I bought this one but it barely gave me any pressed garlic, and I had to press very very hard.. KitchenAid is not beautiful as this garlic presser, but it does the job perfectly.. WS has to re-design this one!!Date published: 2017-04-16
