Inspired by Spain's legendary olive groves, our handcrafted sauce adds rustic flavor to your favorite pastas. Its hearty regional character comes from a savory blend of local Gordal, Manzanilla and Coquillo olives, gently simmered with vine-ripened tomatoes, sweet red peppers, onions and garlic. Savory capers, aromatic paprika and sherry vinegar finish the sauce with classic Spanish style. Prep is a snap—just heat the sauce, then toss with freshly cooked pasta. Our versatile sauce is also great for pizza, calzone, polenta and more!
