- 30 Minute Pizza Recipe
Sift the flour, sugar, kosher salt, baking powder and garlic powder into the bowl of a food processor. With the processor running, slowly add the butter, then the egg and then the milk. Process until the dough becomes elastic and can stretch without tearing, about 1 minute.
Remove the dough from the processor and shape into a ball. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough into a round 1/8 inch thick. Oil an 11-inch microwavable dinner plate with the 1 tsp. olive oil. Place the dough on the plate and trim the edges to fit. Microwave at 100% power until the dough is cooked through, about 6 minutes; it should be opaque with no transparent spots. Transfer the dough to a wire cooling rack.
Preheat an oven to 450ºF.
Cut the cheese into 6 slices, each about 3/8 inch thick. Place in a single layer in a glass bowl or baking dish and cover tightly with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening for the nozzle of a handheld smoking gun. Fill the chamber of the smoking gun with hickory chips, place the nozzle in the bowl and wrap with plastic wrap so that no smoke can escape. Smoke the cheese according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Repeat the smoking with another chamber of chips. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Set the wire rack holding the dough on a baking sheet and brush the dough with the 1 Tbs. olive oil. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of the sea salt. Arrange the cheese slices on top. Transfer to the oven and bake until the crust is crispy, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with the basil leaves and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 tsp. sea salt. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately. Serves 2.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Flowermoon from Great compact microwave I looked everywhere for a compact microwave and decided to spend a little more for this one. The size is great for small/minimalist spaces and its solid construction. You can put in a 9 inch plate. Love the push bar spring open mechanism for the door. Simple functions and the buttons are clear. It is stainless steel on the outside and it gets hot on the upper right hand side of the microwave, I am thinking its either where the motor or the lightbulb is so be care of placing anything on the top and near that side of the microwave. With that in mind you should make sure there is about an inch or two clearance from the wall. Too lazy to return as its something I can deal with.Date published: 2019-08-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Lindaanne58 from Beautiful microwave I was so pleasantly surprised how nice this looks. It is stainless all around and is so much nicer than the ugly black ones out there. Works great with a small footprint. Looks great next to stainless appliances and is definitely not an eyesore. You won’t be disappointed.Date published: 2019-04-12Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenifer from Wonderful Surprise I purchased this a couple weeks ago..wonderful surprise minimal investment..Great little microwave.Date published: 2018-12-09Rated 5 out of 5 by SamCanCook from Excellent Small Microwave! Several years ago, I was gifted a microwave from a neighbor who was moving. It was huge and not being one to waste anything usable I suffered its presence on my limited counter space for all this time. Until I saw this one. It's hard to tell anything from pictures online and sometimes get the information you want from reviews but I took a chance. First, the price was excellent even before the sale discount. It arrived sooner than I expected. Now, that it's here? It's so very, very nice. The design is a little more than your average small microwave. The front edge, instead of being a sharp box edge, is a rounded waterfall. Not important to anything but aesthetics but still so nice. The door opens with a button and closes firmly without pushing the microwave off the counter which can happen with a flimsy model. This microwave is very well made. I found it hard to believe a full size dinner plate would fit in there so I pulled out one of my fiesta ware plates and it fits and the turntable has room to turn. No problem. I like that it has a button that adds +30 seconds because I can't see anything in the morning before I put my glasses on but I can use that button to reheat my coffee. This microwave is 700 watts and it does heat more slowly than the huge 1250 watt one it replaced but not by much. It has freed up so much space on the counter that I'm willing to sacrifice a few seconds with the additional bonus that I rarely overheat it to the point where it burns my mouth. Two pushes on the +30 button will do it. I can't attest to longevity because I haven't had it for long but so far it's awesome in price, features, and looks!Date published: 2018-12-08Rated 5 out of 5 by shadurk from Nice for the money After many months of looking for a small microwave, I took a chance on this one 3 months ago. None of them are perfect, but I really like this one. The size is perfect for the counter in a small kitchen and it looks good. The turntable and interior will fit a 11" dinner plate. With the lower wattage, some things take a little longer, and I put that under the con, but that's not an issue. I hope it works out because I just threw away the box this week. So far so good, I would recommend.Date published: 2018-09-10Rated 5 out of 5 by MartyinLA from Small, Packed with Features, Great Price Great looking. It does everything we need quietly, is super user friendly, and fits in a tight space in our pantry so it’s out of sight. But it’s so good looking, did I already say that :), that we may want to put it on the counter. The stainless steel sides compliment the face. Anyway, I also wrote this because neither the WS website nor their customer service rep had the inside dimensions, which are: Width = 10-3/4” (not counting the indentation in the side wall); Depth = 10” (not counting the indentation in the back wall); Turntable = 10”.Date published: 2017-12-13Rated 5 out of 5 by Katheryn from Perfect for Us! I purchased this microwave because I wanted a small unit to take us little space on my counters. It fills the need of reheating a cup of something, popping corn and more. With the kids away at college our needs are simpler and this little work horse is everything I wanted. Looks good, defrosts well, heats as required. Happy Me!Date published: 2017-11-27Rated 5 out of 5 by Tracietee from Great Value I can't believe this little microwave doesn't have any reviews. We received it today and we couldn't be more pleased. We needed a microwave under 10" and after taking back at least five different ones we finally found this one. It's well made, sturdy, nice to look at, fits a dinner plate, and cooks evenly. If you're looking for a low profile microwave you won't find a better one than this.Date published: 2017-09-22

I only have a 10 inch space (height) into which this microwave could fit. However there is space on both sides and the back. What happens if I put this item into such a space?Hi sharonia, Air must circulate freely around the microwave oven. Allow at least 3 inches of clearance around all sides and 12 inches above. Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the microwave oven to try and fit the microwave oven into the space.Date published: 2019-06-23
Does this have a quiet mode or a way to silence the “beeps”? Hi Levin25, The product manual does not mention a way to silence the "beeps".Date published: 2019-05-22
I have this microwave and the plate broke. How can I get a replacement plate?Hi Lindsey, Sorry, we do not offer replacement parts for purchase. We suggest looking online or possibly a retail store for a generic microwave glass replacement that would fit in a 0.7-cu.-ft. capacity oven.Date published: 2019-04-05

You list the dimensions as the following: 17 1/2" x 14" x 10" high. Is 17.5 the Width or the Depth? I have a very narrow Manhattan kitchen counter space available, and am looking for 14" width.Hi Torch Singer, Dimensions are listed by L x W x H; 14” would be the width or depth of the item.Date published: 2019-02-28
