- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the appearance of the baking pieces over time.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

The shape was so professional looking. The recipe recommends chilling the dough (I chilled in the pan in the fridge overnight). That way you get a more defined shape of cookie. They were fluffy and came out of pan easily. I've been wanting to try making Madeleines for quite some time and purchased this pan because of excellent reviews, which frequently mention an included recipe. As a beginner I wanted a recipe that would suit the pan. The pan does not come in a box but now comes with a single piece of paper sticking to the pan with a very strong adhesive. I had a really difficult time getting this adhesive off the pan after taking the paper off. I had to resort to scrubbing a couple of stubborn spots with dish soap and scrubby side of a sponge, which isn't good for the finish. It came out ok but there is still the tiniest smudge of adhesive which I finally gave up on since it's on the edge of the pan where batter won't touch. It was kind of an overall hassle for a brand new pan. I've tried a couple recipes now and the pan functions fine. It is heavy duty and does what a pan covered in butter and flour should do - release the final product easily. But both recipes have yielded odd amounts of finished madeleines and I haven't yet discovered a really great one. It would have been been nice to have the recipe that was meant for the pan. To be fair, the item description does not say it comes with a recipe, but it would be nice if WS would still include it for beginners like myself, or make it available on their website. The Madeleine pan makes 16 cookie-cakes. So the recipe for these that comes on a card in the box doesn't have to be as difficult as it seems. You don't have to butter and flour the pan, which by the way is ridiculously hard. Use Pam spray, and wipe off any extra on the edges and in between. Don't flour the pan. Not needed, and the Pam makes the edges come out more crisp, which is what they should have, light brown as well. Says 8-10 minutes. They really need 10-12 minutes! Don't bother with the salt either, the vanilla extract is a perfect flavor for this. I've made these 6 times just this way, and they are perfect!Date published: 2015-04-19
