Backyard grillers will love our special set featuring a classic BBQ sauce and two of our signature grilling rubs. Inspired by iconic American recipes, each is crafted in small batches for authentic down-home taste. Our spice blends are great for seasoning meats, chicken or fish – just rub them on food before grilling or barbecuing. Use the rich, smoky-sweet sauce to add the perfect finishing touch.

Smokehouse Rub: A blend of Pacific sea salt that's been slow-smoked over applewood, imported thyme and sage, and a dash of sugar for the perfect savory-sweet balance.

Steakhouse Rub: Enhances the natural character of premium beef with a blend of aromatic California garlic and onion with Pacific sea salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and peppery spices.

Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce: A classic Southern blend combining naturally sweet Vidalia and mellow caramelized onions with fragrant applewood smoke, apple juice and molasses balanced with the spicy kick of black pepper and red chilies.

• Set of three: 8 oz. Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce, 1.5 oz. Smokehouse Rub and 1.5 oz. Steakhouse Rub.

• Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce: Vidalia onions, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, tomato paste, apple juice concentrate, distilled vinegar, water, molasses, hot sauce (aged red cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, garlic), caramelized onions (onion juice concentrate, sugar, sunflower oil), sea salt, butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavor), natural applewood smoke flavor, canola oil, onion powder, tamarind concentrate, chile powder (chile pepper, garlic, spices), yeast extract, celery powder, black pepper, chile de árbol powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder, cloves. • Smokehouse Rub: Applewood-smoked sea salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, black pepper, natural applewood smoke flavor, French thyme, safflower oil (processing aid to prevent separation), Dalmatian sage.
• Steakhouse Rub: Garlic, sea salt, onion, Worcestershire sauce powder (corn syrup solids, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, spices, soy sauce solids [naturally fermented wheat and soybean, salt, maltodextrin, caramel color], palm oil, tamarind, natural flavor, sulfiting agent), black pepper, paprika, brown mustard seeds, brown sugar, safflower oil (as a processing aid to prevent separation), coriander.
• These products are prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, eggs, milk, fish, shellfish, soy.
