    Ingredients: Sugar, semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate, milk fat, cocoa butter, chocolate processed with alkali, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), sea salt, natural flavors. Contains milk, soy. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat, egg, tree nuts (pecans, coconut, almonds), sesame.

    Instructions:

    1 package Mint Chip Ice Cream Starter

    1 1/2 cups (375ml) cold half-and-half

    1 1/2 cups (375ml) cold heavy cream

    1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ice cream starter and half-and-half until the starter has dissolved. Stir in the cream.

    2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    3. Transfer the ice cream to a chilled container, cover and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 3 days, before serving.

    Makes 1 quart (1l).
