Rated 5 out of 5 by CeliacSister1 from So Yummy! I bought this mix in hopes of making valentine cookies with my son. The dough was perfect for cutting with cookie cutters, they baked beautifully and were so yummy! I have celiac and haven’t had a sugar cookie this good in years! My non celiac son said they were better than the gluten filled ones he had at his school party!!! That is a win for everyone! I will be purchasing this again!!!Date published: 2018-02-15Rated 5 out of 5 by montanaglutenfree from Great sugar cookies! This is the second time I've made sugar cookie cutouts with this mix. It's very good, easy, flavorful and my husband, who has celiac disease, really enjoys them. So does the rest of the family! I follow the directions and don't have any problems! I do bake them about one minute longer than the recipe calls for, but all ovens are different. I use homemade frosting on them and we love them!Date published: 2018-02-12Rated 1 out of 5 by Rose from Worst mix EVER!!! I am so angry right now. I bought this mix thinking it would save me time when I bake cookies with my nephew for his class. He has gluten allergy so needs treats he can eat but are tasty for every one else. This isn’t a cookie mix this is GLUE. I refrigerated the dough WELL over the minimum of 2 hours plus it spent time in the freezer because it was so STICKY. Seriously it stuck to everything, you couldn’t scrape cut out shapes on to the cookie sheet they just stretched like laffy taffy and fell apart, I finally gave up, rolled out the dough on parchment paper and scraped the extra dough off around the shapes and got the the spouts out that way. Also they taste weird, not bad but not like sugar cookies. They taste like cake. I am super disappointed and I have bought the gf sugar cookie mix before and didn’t have this problem. Maybe they changed the flour formula that’s all I can think of . Anyway, it was frustrating, it was NOT fun and I will never buy this mix again !Date published: 2018-02-09Rated 5 out of 5 by DSS77 from A classic treat! I hurriedly mixed up this dough one morning and then left it in the fridge for two days by mistake. The dough still rolled out easily between two sheets of wax paper, baked evenly, and tasted great. Since I have celiac disease, a gluten-free frosted sugar cookie is a rare treat. My husband, who is not gluten free, said these were very good too. Thanks for providing great tasting gf productsDate published: 2017-11-03
