With our premium mix, it's easy to whip up the bakery's delicious confetti cake in your own kitchen. Inspired by Katherine and Sophie's grandmother's recipes, this fun vanilla cake gets its festive appeal from colorful candy sprinkles. For a great layer cake or sheet cake, just add milk, egg and butter, and then bake. Finish your cake with a rich, creamy frosting – the recipe is included.

- Sugar, unbleached enriched flours (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), rainbow sprinkles (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, FD&C colors (Yellow #6 Lake, Yellow #5 Lake, Blue #1 Lake, Red #40 Lake, Red #3 Dye), maltodextrin, carnauba wax, vanillin, cellulose gum), natural vanilla flavor, corn starch, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Can you make cupcakes with this mix?Hi Anonymous, It shouldn't be an issue to make cupcakes from a cake mix. Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box. Line the desired number of muffin cups with paper baking cups, or grease and lightly flour the cups. Fill the cups one-half to three-fourths full with batter. Bake the cupcakes at the same temperature called for in the cake recipe, but reduce the baking time by one-third to one-half (cupcakes usually bake for 15–20 minutes). Check doneness by inserting a wooden toothpick into the center of the cupcake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cupcakes are done. If the toothpick comes out with moist crumbs on it, bake the cupcakes for a few more minutes. Let cupcakes cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.Date published: 2019-09-05
