Rated 5 out of 5 by KayLeo from Great design I own both Williams-Sonoma Flat Whisks (stainless steel and silicone), and I love using both of them. Their design is top-notch. The tines are firm, yet flexible. The firmness provides excellent mixing and scraping while the flexibility allows the whisk to be used with pans with high sides (like sauce pans) because it can be held at a more severe angle without losing any efficiency. Of course, like the rest of the Williams-Sonoma tools, the ergonomic handles are comfortable to hold.Date published: 2014-06-09Rated 5 out of 5 by AnhieBananie from Gorgeous & Well Made I've always liked the idea of a flat whisk and I finally got mine last week. I have no idea when I'll use it, but it was something I don't own and I'm sure I'll need it sometime. The handle feels amazing in my hand. I can't wait to get the others. This is my first piece from the Williams-Sonoma cooking utensil line and I know I'll be getting more. I probably already own the entire All Clad line and I love it but I think I like the WS version of the tools more.Date published: 2014-03-03
