Rich, buttery bear claws are an all-American breakfast classic, made with tender puff pastry, luscious almond filling and crunchy sliced almonds. Ours are prepared using traditional methods and the finest ingredients, such as cage-free eggs and premium Plugrá butter. The treats emerge from the oven with flaky golden-brown exteriors, an irresistible aroma of sweetened almonds and the beloved claw shape. They're easy to prepare – simply allow to rise overnight, bake, serve and enjoy.

- Use & Care
- The bear claws ship frozen with dry ice, which may evaporate during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove bear claws from the shipping container and place in the freezer where they will keep for up to 3 months.
- Place frozen bear claws on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Set out at room temperature (68°F to 72°F), and let the bear claws thaw and rise until nearly doubled in size, approx. 4–6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (convection) or 375°F (conventional).
- Remove the plastic wrap. Lightly brush the tops of the bear claws with an egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. water) and sprinkle with the included sliced almonds. Bake the bear claws until puffed and golden brown and firm to the touch, approx. 18–20 minutes.
- Pastry: Enriched, unbleached, unbromated flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic acid, starter distillate), yeast, cane sugar, nonfat milk powder, salt, dough conditioner (enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], ascorbic acid, enzymes), egg, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
- Filling: Cane sugar, almond meal, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic acid, starter distillate), egg, enriched, unbleached, unbromated flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, salt, almond extract (water, alcohol, natural flavors, phosphoric acid), citric acid.
- Garnish: Almonds.
