Three layers of Key-lime flavor saturate this marvelous cake, picked by Oprah Winfrey as one of her “Favorite Things.” A top seller from a small Florida boutique bakery, the cake is made by hand using local Key limes, whose juice is added to the batter, brushed over the cake and added to the cream-cheese frosting. The result is a super-moist crumb and a tangy sweet-tart flavor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Colette from Not good! I bought this cake twice, the first time it was delicious. The second time it was not cooked and very wet. I don't know why, but won't buy it again not a cheap cake!Date published: 2017-03-13Rated 1 out of 5 by NCalif from Dense and Oily What a shame. A simple Bundt cake ruined by a very raw middle, dense and greasy, overall. I've never had worse, even from a novice with no baking skills. Skip this awfful example of a Key Lime Bundt Cake. Fortunately, after confirming with Wms Sonoma customer service regarding whether the cake was meant to be baked for serving, a credit was issued instead.Date published: 2015-04-23
