Rated 1 out of 5 by The Inept Chef from Horrible....Black stuff on the sheet. Just bought this. Haven't used it. Had a heck of a time cleaning the glue drops off (that held the paper with product description to the sheet). I used olive oil and then dish soap. The problem is that there is black film all over the paper towel when I rub the tray with olive oil. I'm scared to use it. Threw out my receipt but will try to return.Date published: 2017-09-16Rated 1 out of 5 by Martolina from Don't buy it This sheet warped the FIRST time I used it in a 400 oven. It seems heavy but it's very shoddily made. The feel of it is unpleasant as others have mentioned. Truly a terrible product. I plan to return it and buy one of better quality.Date published: 2016-08-16Rated 3 out of 5 by sunshine57 from Not size specified Although pan is heavy duty, it is NOT the size noted in the description. It is supposed to be 15"x10"x1" and the outer dimensions don't even measure those measurements. The pan insert notes it is 14.2"x9.3"x1". It does bake well but if needing a specific size this is not the one.Date published: 2015-12-15Rated 1 out of 5 by IPlayHockey from Terrible pan I have William Sonoma jelly roll pans from 24 years ago and love them. I purchased these and they are terrible. They warp in the oven every time I use them. You can hear it 'ping' and look in to find 2 opposite corners lifted off the rack. I purchased 2 of them and it happens with both. Very disappointing quality.Date published: 2015-11-24Rated 4 out of 5 by MalteseRescueMom from Small but sturdy The pan I received was also smaller than the measurements given in the description; however, it's heavy and sturdy. It does not warp even at 400 and 500 temperatures as my other baking sheets have done, and I have used it to broil chicken thighs and bake vegetables over 400 degrees. The surface cleans easily and I have never had any gray film whatsoever, so I bought a second one and use them both at the same time. I would have given them 5 stars except for the size.Date published: 2015-02-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Gina45 from Love these pans for cookies etc. I have owned two of these pans for approximately 5 years. They are the only pans I use when making cookies and jelly rolls. During the Christmas season I make hundreds of cookies and pastries. The results are perfect. Not dark on the underside like the dark pans create. I am buying two more as a gift for someone who admired them and asked me where I purchased them. I don't have any problems with a gray film.Date published: 2015-01-14Rated 5 out of 5 by NordicProFan from Love these Pans These are great baking pans, and I believe the gray film issues described by some reviewers are the result of putting the pans in the dishwasher. I wash them by hand (no big deal, they clean up easily and beautifully with a little Bar Keepers Friend). They have never filmed and never let me down. They're made in America, which is important to me, and they're a commercial grade, quality product. It can be hard to find traditional jelly roll pans, and sometimes nothing else will do. (My pecan bar recipe comes out perfect every time when baked in this pan.)Date published: 2014-12-12Rated 1 out of 5 by KatrinaB from Sturdy but Gross Like other reviewers I have a nasty grey film that comes off on everything these pans touch, including my food. I am hoping to return them as the label says they have a full guarantee. They are sturdy and do a great job evenly baking my food by I don't want to eat whatever is coming off the pan.Date published: 2014-03-07
