- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing the bakeware to maintain its longevity over time.
- Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by spiper from Huge Disappointment Considering how expensive this pan was and considering that it came from Williams Sonoma, this pan was a big disappointment. I have made my favorite brownie recipe in it four different times, and every time the brownies come out crisp around the edges and soft (as they should be) in the middle. I never had this problem in the old, inexpensive pan I have used for years. A friend who is an expert baker told me the problem is that I need a pan with slightly flared sides and flanges at the top that will dissipate the heat on the sides. It turns out that is what my old pan had. Glad I didn't throw it out. It is just what she said I needed. I have not tried to return the pan, but given that it already is scratched on the inside of the bottom I'mreluctant to try. I also bought to round Goldtouch cake pans. I'm afraid to try using them as I hate to waste the ingredients in pans that don't produce a good result.Date published: 2018-03-04Rated 5 out of 5 by CMCM49 from Wonderful Pan I like this Goldtouch pan a lot. It bakes well, and evenly. It is wonderfully heavy, and cleans up easily. I use parchment paper liners for most things and it makes cleanup a breeze. Some people have complained about not being able to cut or slice items while in the pan, and if you want to do that don't buy such a lovely pan. I doubt if any pan holds up to cutting and slicing food in it, the bottom is guaranteed to get scratched. Using parchment paper makes removal from the pan a snap, and you can ten cut the item into pieces when it is outside the pan, simple as that. I hand wash to help protect the finish, and hand washing certainly isn't hard to do. With the proper use and care, these pans hold up perfectly and I buy new ones when they go on sale. I tried to take the cardboard product info out of the pan so I use it. The glue was almost impossible to remove and it took at least an hour Scraping it off the pan with my fingernail, soap, paper towel. Finally I needed to remove the price tag on the bottom.
