- Use & Care
- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing the bakeware to maintain its longevity over time.
- Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shan from Great, even baking!! I have 3-8”, 3-9”, and 3-6” baking pans. When I use them I use a nonstick spray and line the bottoms with parchment. Like other reviewers, I decreased baking time when I used these. They released easily. The cakes were baked evenly. I washed these by hand and haven’t noticed any rusting yet, although I haven’t had them very long. Finally writing my first review. Ha! Now a cake pan is just a cake pan if you really know how to use them. Grease, flour, parchment, heating strips , cores, etc. You can really drive your self mad when something doesn’t turn out. Just when you think that’s enough, you also need to know how your oven disperses the heat and if it does it evenly. Loads of variables in baking almost as exciting as golf. But it keeps drawing us back. I bake very frequently, baked for our little restaurants brunch even. Somehow these pans have held the test of time. Of course I don’t use metal or anything sharp around them. (Brownies I just turn out and then cut) But that’s it. That’s the simple beauty of them. Things just turn out. I seem to be baking larger cakes now that need 3 layers so I borrow a pan from someone else, and always take every precaution. Not worth the wasted frustration. I need to get one more of each size pan. Completely worth the investment. Mine surprisingly look brand new. Oh cleaning is a breeze. Just don’t use anything scouring. They also don’t buckle or dent easily, so you can get that crisp foundation for smooth frosting application without hiding imperfections with extra frosting. For the review, where disappointment due to cakes sticking was expressed, all cake pans have to be greased. Make it easier on yourself and buy pre-cut parchment rounds. I also brush my pans with a cake release mixture of equal parts shortening, flour and oil (many examples on Pinterest) and keep it in my fridge. I researched, and found USA pans. I also learned they developed these gold pans just for Williams Sonoma, and how they were each tested for performance. I bought three 8 inch cake pans, and immediately put them to the test. I chose chocolate, as it is difficult to get a full, moist cake. The performance of these pans were absolutely flawless. Each cake was equal in size and shape, easy release with zero sticking. These pans produced a beautiful, tall, moist chocolate cake. These pans are worth every penny. Can these pans be put under a broiler?Hi ecm1285, Our Goldtouch bakeware is oven safe up to 450°F. Since broiler tempertature starts at 500°F, they are not safe under a broiler.Date published: 2019-02-11
