Use & Care

Use

  • Oven safe to 450°F.
  • Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
  • Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
  • Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
  • Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.

Care

  • Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the appearance of the baking pieces over time.
  • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

For all cutlery returns (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners, and knife storage) please contact us at 888.922.4108 to initiate the return.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

  • Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality with Outstanding Performance I had been considering changing all my metal bakeware, after learning how the shape of the corners of pans and the sides, can determine the shape and height of the cake. I researched, and found USA pans. I also learned they developed these gold pans just for Williams Sonoma, and how they were each tested for performance. I bought three 8 inch cake pans, and immediately put them to the test. I chose chocolate, as it is difficult to get a full, moist cake. The performance of these pans were absolutely flawless. Each cake was equal in size and shape, easy release with zero sticking. These pans produced a beautiful, tall, moist chocolate cake. These pans are worth every penny. I plan on replacing all my old pans with these or others made by USA pan.

It is a sturdy weight, with straight sides, and clean up is effortless. You get a perfect cake every time. It is worth every penny.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Am I doing something wrong? So disappointed. Yes, they are a good weight and look nice, sorta. Each of these pans - round and the baking sheets - seem to have rusted under their rolled edges. That doesn't look nice. I've tried to clean and cannot. I had inexpensive pans for decades, apparently their edges were sealed as I never had this problem. Any suggestions?

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Less glue, please! I am very excited about my new Goldtouch pans that were delivered today. I have yet to use them but I'm certain they will meet my expectations. I have never been disappointed with a Williams Sonoma purchase. BUT after I unpacked my purchase, I tried to remove the paper insert that was glued to the bottom of the pans. It was not pliable and very hard to remove. I wound up using Goo Gone to try to get it off. Now the bases have a few light scratches because I had to go to war with the glue. Suggestion: use less glue and use one that doesn't adhere so much to the pan! Thank you!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pans Been a long time baker.. Bought these pans and love them! Excellent quality and great conductor of heat! Cooks evenly. I always use parchment paper (I cut a bunch of circles and save til needed) and use a quick swipe of unsalted butter before I bake ( cooking sprays leave a residue..) great pan, made in USA, too! I highly recommend this pan ( any Goldtouch pan) great value with great results!!

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed! I read reviews on these cake pans & decided to splurge. I was under impression that cake slides out without spraying the pans. My cake stuck to the pans horribly & were a mess! The pans are a nice weight, but so are less expensive pans. Next time I bake in them, I will flour & spray the pans as though they are not non-stick. Very disappointed!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! Bought three of these for a three-layer cake. I usually use cheaper pans but splurged on these because they were on sale. They worked great! Each layer slipped right out of the pan. I LOVE that the sides of these are straight - cake pans only stack of they flare out slightly, which makes layer cakes difficult to frost - these came out with straight sides and evenly backed tops, so they were easy to frost. I put mine right in the dishwasher and they came out great - perfectly clean and no soapy film as has been the case with other pans. I'll probably start replacing my other pans as needed!
