Rated 3 out of 5 by Alia from Has not warped in a couple years of use. I bought this pan a couple years ago. It hasn’t warped. It shows baked on greasy fingerprints on the underside, not to mention the completely discolored upper surface. I line it with parchment paper or foil. I’ve never put it in the dishwasher or used an abrasive pad.Date published: 2019-09-23Rated 4 out of 5 by Nina33 from Comment on the new standard Jelly Roll pan size So I've searched all over the internet to find a true 15" x 10" x 1" jelly roll pan (since most recipes do call for that specific sized pan!) and realized that NOBODY MAKES THEM anymore!! Somehow the new jelly roll pans sold today are a bit smaller (more like 14-1/4" to 14-1/2" by 9-1/4" to 9-1/2" by 3/4" to 1"). It's not just Williams Sonoma, believe me! They may label their jelly roll pans as 15x10x1 but if you read the details carefully none of them are that size. If you're lucky, you may still find old ones at your local hardware store or maybe a garage sale. But I had no such luck so I gave up and ordered this one because I've been making slab pies a lot this summer and my half sheet is a bit too big). It is about 1/4" longer and 1" wider than my quarter sheet for the record. It's a beautiful pan and I'm sure I'll use it the rest of my life (and maybe my grandkids will someday look for that 14.2"x 9.3" x 1" pan that nobody makes anymore;-p)!!Date published: 2018-08-17Rated 1 out of 5 by Silverbarbs from Pan Size differs from original WS jr pan I ordered this pan based on an older WS jelly roll pan I have owned for many years and this pan is smaller in size than the original one. I already own 2 of the WS quarter sheet pans and do not need another. Will be returning.Date published: 2018-02-03Rated 5 out of 5 by Motomouse from Love these pans! I've had this jelly roll pan for about 3 years and I love it and all the other Goldtouch pans I have. They bake to perfection and wash like a dream. You just have to make sure you don't use sharp utensils on them. I usually put a layer of parchment on the bottom so I can lift out the baked item before I cut it or use a non0metal cutter. Sometimes these pans will breifly warp slightly but, always straighten with further use. I am spoiled now and don't want any other kind of baking pan. I am buying another one today.Date published: 2018-01-24Rated 3 out of 5 by KSConsumerScienceTeacher from Nice pan~~~Wrong size!! If only I would have read the reviews for this pan BEFORE I bought it online... It is true, the dimensions of the pan differ significantly.Date published: 2017-10-25Rated 1 out of 5 by Luckydog1 from size not as described The dimensions given on the website are 10 by 15. The size printed on the actual packaging is 14.2 by 9.3. I will have to return this because I need the 10 by 15 size and not another 1/4 sheet pan which is what this really is.Date published: 2017-01-06Rated 3 out of 5 by KVGS from Used to love but now... I received the pan as a gift for my wedding last year, I was in love until last week. We pulled it out of the dishwasher after it beautifully baked a focaccia only to find that the gold coating was PEELING! In two places!! We never use harsh cleaning products or scouring pads on it, I only use silicon tipped spatulas on it... I'm devastated to find that this has happened. If you looked at it, you'd think it was brand new because we take such good care of it... Now I've tossed it to a corner of my kitchen because it's useless as the coating peels off and I'm not sure what to do. Very upsetting. I have other gold touch items and I sure hope this doesn't happen with them.Date published: 2016-11-17Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsRaRa from Small but fierce Literally, the Goldtouch line is the BEST out there. These are small, but perfect for my little family of three to make a batch of roasted vegetables, or a small batch of cookies (is there even such a thing?!). Don't hesitate, these are awesome.Date published: 2016-08-01
