- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing the bakeware to maintain its longevity over time.
- Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

This may be a fine pan for some toaster oven, but this will not be usable for the intended purpose. My older jelly roll pan is also undersized, but when I placed this new one inside the old one, there were large gaps all around. First and foremost....when you put it in the oven it becomes unlevel! When it cools, it levels back off...so I would appear crazy if I tried to return and it was then level. Second, it is not "nonstick," I have baked potatoes and meat, and it looks terrible! Cannot get clean and it annoys me terrible. I cannot use this as a serving platter with guests, because it appears dirty. I have tried every cleaner on the market, the stains do NOT come out! And, I used the cleaners after realizing normal cleaning wouldn't do the trick! Terribly disappointed. I have resorted to using foil, for easier clean up, but we all know how that ends!!! It shows baked on greasy fingerprints on the underside, not to mention the completely discolored upper surface. I line it with parchment paper or foil. Somehow the new jelly roll pans sold today are a bit smaller (more like 14-1/4" to 14-1/2" by 9-1/4" to 9-1/2" by 3/4" to 1"). It's not just Williams Sonoma, believe me! They may label their jelly roll pans as 15x10x1 but if you read the details carefully none of them are that size. If you're lucky, you may still find old ones at your local hardware store or maybe a garage sale. But I had no such luck so I gave up and ordered this one because I've been making slab pies a lot this summer and my half sheet is a bit too big). It is about 1/4" longer and 1" wider than my quarter sheet for the record. I've had this jelly roll pan for about 3 years and I love it and all the other Goldtouch pans I have. They bake to perfection and wash like a dream. You just have to make sure you don't use sharp utensils on them. I usually put a layer of parchment on the bottom so I can lift out the baked item before I cut it or use a non0metal cutter. Sometimes these pans will breifly warp slightly but, always straighten with further use. I am spoiled now and don't want any other kind of baking pan.
