Rated 1 out of 5 by Benjamin from Warped on third use I bought 2 half sheet and 2 quarter sheet pans. The half sheet pans warped on the third use. I am surprised a company like Williams Sonoma sells this cheap of a product for an astronomical price. I doubt I will be returning to buy anything else from them.Date published: 2018-04-18Rated 1 out of 5 by marlene from Warps I had high hopes for this pan and bought 2. I like the easy release of food from the pan, but the pan warps - even at 350 degrees! And I only use it sporadically (I have a well-worn commercial pan that I use for messy cooking). This led to uneven browning of rolls and potatoes and pooling of oil in the corners of the pan. Not good!Date published: 2018-04-17Rated 1 out of 5 by Maeloo from WORST EVER I bought 2 of these pans at Christmas and was so excited to have really nice sturdy pans. After 5 uses...heating up frozen french fries, the pan is ruined!! The grease cannot be cleaned off and is now black!! I followed the directions for use & cleaning and it didn’t work! I called customer service for help and the woman had nothing to say...she finally said she would have a supervisor email me with suggestions for cleaning. That never happened!!! I’m not surprised! I’ve always been happy shopping here, but this is an EPIC FAIL! So disappointing. My cheap pan from FredMeyer works much better than this expensive piece of junk! Don’t bother buying this one! I wish I could give 0 stars!Date published: 2018-04-06Rated 5 out of 5 by BabetteS from Love this pan, I’m buying a second one! I purchased this pan about 2 years ago to restock my newly renovated kitchen. I have average cooking skills. I find I use this pan for roasting veggies and fish constantly. I do always use parchment paper or nonstick foil and it cleans beautifully. I love the weight of this pan and the fact that it hasn’t warped.Date published: 2018-03-30Rated 1 out of 5 by Abroeth from Awful The first 2 times the pan worked like a dream, I cleaned it according to the directions and did not put it in the dishwasher. The gold touch is rubbing off and food gets stuck every time, it’s ruined a couple dinners. Very disappointed.Date published: 2018-03-28Rated 1 out of 5 by Bbitz from Look Horrible After A Year I got these as a Christmas gift, and I wanted to love them. However, I have to admit I would never buy them again. They looked so great to start, but then after a year, they got horrific black marks on them that I can not get off. They are also starting to rust a bit where the edges curl over. I am going to replace them with another type, but it is frustrating with the higher price that they didn't last long.Date published: 2017-12-31Rated 4 out of 5 by AmateurCritic from Great pan, but doesn't last forever I've had several of these pans over the past few years. I've found their performance in the oven superior to any other non-stick pan I've tried. They work the best if you do not coat them with oil or butter. Non-stick cooking spray is a disaster on them. They are extremely good at crisping things--like baking frozen french fries in the oven. I find that the crisping is so good that I don't even bother flipping the food half way through the cooking time. The way that I eventually ruin them is that over time the oils from various foods collect on them and cause that "grunge" that you get on virtually every non-stick pan. Soaking and gentle scrubbing seems to ruin the finish. However, if you only use them for recipes that call for ungreased cookie sheets, they will last a long time. If you use decorative sugars for baking use parchment paper!Date published: 2017-12-01Rated 2 out of 5 by Scragglewart from Love and Hate Love the weight and sturdiness of these sheets. Love the size. Hate the fact that my housekeeper scrubbed my first set so much that the finish wore off very quickly. Hate that I personally clean my new set each time I use them and I cannot get them clean. They discolor easily and it is impossible to get them clean without scrubbing the finish off. I still use them regularly, but the thrill of my pretty gold sheet pans is gone. Next time I will just get the good old fashioned kind.Date published: 2017-11-12
