Use & Care


  • Oven safe to 450°F.
  • Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
  • Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
  • Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
  • Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.


  • Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing the bakeware to maintain its longevity over time.
  • Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge. 
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Very surprised and disappointed in this product. Also, I store pans without them touching another. I have lesser brands that have lasted over 20 years without flaws.

The gold coating allows everything I bake to slide off the pan effortlessly and cleaning it is easier than any other pan I have ever owned. I had my doubts when I was told not to use cooking spray on this pan but it is truly nonstick. Best pan I have ever owned. Worth the price! Also, proud that the pan was made in the USA. I will be adding more to my collection. I am hooked.

I am surprised a company like Williams Sonoma sells this cheap of a product for an astronomical price. I doubt I will be returning to buy anything else from them.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warps I had high hopes for this pan and bought 2. I like the easy release of food from the pan, but the pan warps - even at 350 degrees! And I only use it sporadically (I have a well-worn commercial pan that I use for messy cooking). This led to uneven browning of rolls and potatoes and pooling of oil in the corners of the pan. Not good!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST EVER I bought 2 of these pans at Christmas and was so excited to have really nice sturdy pans. After 5 uses...heating up frozen french fries, the pan is ruined!! The grease cannot be cleaned off and is now black!! I followed the directions for use & cleaning and it didn’t work! I called customer service for help and the woman had nothing to say...she finally said she would have a supervisor email me with suggestions for cleaning. That never happened!!! I’m not surprised! I’ve always been happy shopping here, but this is an EPIC FAIL! So disappointing. My cheap pan from FredMeyer works much better than this expensive piece of junk! Don’t bother buying this one! I wish I could give 0 stars!

I find I use this pan for roasting veggies and fish constantly. I do always use parchment paper or nonstick foil and it cleans beautifully. I love the weight of this pan and the fact that it hasn’t warped.

    Anybody have any problems cleaning the textured surface?

    Loved these pans when they didn't have the textured surface. I've never had a textured surface pan that wasn't a pain to clean. Really wish they would still carry the non-textured surface version. Thanks

    for Pizza?

    I need this size pan for a Sicilian pizza, but some reviews say it warps and overbrowns on bottom. Has anyone had luck with pizza? It needs to be cooked on lower 3rd of oven at high (550) temps so I am wary. Thanks.

    I can tell you that it DEFINITELY warps. I would try to find a rectangular pizza stone. Stones work the best for pizza.

    Does this non-stick coating have any toxicity associated with it, like teflon?

    I generally avoid non-stick coatings because of the potential for toxic fumes and ingesting chipped coating. The word "ceramic" interests me, and I would like to know more about this non-stick coating. Is it truly safe?

    I have used this pan for baking biscuits about a dozen times and now they stick. why does this happen with this high price pan? The first few times

    the biscuits would slide off. I haven't used any abrasives in cleaning them.

    I always bake on parchment. Non stick pans are OK, but if you truly want non-stick, i highly recommend using parchment. I have used these pans without parchment and have not experienced any sticking, but the parchment habit is definitely one worth cultivating, in my opinion! I purchased the pans for the weight and quality and don't usually bake directly on my sheet pans.
