Rated 5 out of 5 by chey from IMPRESSIVE DURABILITY I have been baking for years and this pan has outlasted all of the others in my kitchen. Makes baking easy and looks great too :)Date published: 2018-08-20Rated 1 out of 5 by Sadcustomer from Pan warps We got these pans for Christmas and they warped after only a few uses! I was so disappointed!Date published: 2018-08-05Rated 1 out of 5 by TJeff from PEELING This sheet was a gift for Christmas 2017. I've used approximately 6 times since. This last time baking cookies noticed the gold coating was peeling. Very surprised and disappointed in this product. Also, I store pans without them touching another. I have lesser brands that have lasted over 20 years without flaws.Date published: 2018-07-18Rated 5 out of 5 by Amberjs from A definite Buy!!! You can really feel the quality of this pan when you pick it up and feel the weight of it. The gold coating allows everything I bake to slide off the pan effortlessly and cleaning it is easier than any other pan I have ever owned. I had my doubts when I was told not to use cooking spray on this pan but it is truly nonstick. Best pan I have ever owned. Worth the price! Also, proud that the pan was made in the USA. I will be adding more to my collection. I am hooked.Date published: 2018-07-03Rated 1 out of 5 by Benjamin from Warped on third use I bought 2 half sheet and 2 quarter sheet pans. The half sheet pans warped on the third use. I am surprised a company like Williams Sonoma sells this cheap of a product for an astronomical price. I doubt I will be returning to buy anything else from them.Date published: 2018-04-18Rated 1 out of 5 by marlene from Warps I had high hopes for this pan and bought 2. I like the easy release of food from the pan, but the pan warps - even at 350 degrees! And I only use it sporadically (I have a well-worn commercial pan that I use for messy cooking). This led to uneven browning of rolls and potatoes and pooling of oil in the corners of the pan. Not good!Date published: 2018-04-17Rated 1 out of 5 by Maeloo from WORST EVER I bought 2 of these pans at Christmas and was so excited to have really nice sturdy pans. After 5 uses...heating up frozen french fries, the pan is ruined!! The grease cannot be cleaned off and is now black!! I followed the directions for use & cleaning and it didn’t work! I called customer service for help and the woman had nothing to say...she finally said she would have a supervisor email me with suggestions for cleaning. That never happened!!! I’m not surprised! I’ve always been happy shopping here, but this is an EPIC FAIL! So disappointing. My cheap pan from FredMeyer works much better than this expensive piece of junk! Don’t bother buying this one! I wish I could give 0 stars!Date published: 2018-04-06Rated 5 out of 5 by BabetteS from Love this pan, I’m buying a second one! I purchased this pan about 2 years ago to restock my newly renovated kitchen. I have average cooking skills. I find I use this pan for roasting veggies and fish constantly. I do always use parchment paper or nonstick foil and it cleans beautifully. I love the weight of this pan and the fact that it hasn’t warped.Date published: 2018-03-30

I have some black debris baked onto the golden surface and do not know how to remove it safely. Please tell me how to proceed. Thank you!try baking soda and soft clothDate published: 2013-10-22
Anybody have any problems cleaning the textured surface?Loved these pans when they didn't have the textured surface. I've never had a textured surface pan that wasn't a pain to clean. Really wish they would still carry the non-textured surface version. ThanksActually this pan is very easy to clean. I use it 2 or 3 times a week and it's wonderful.Date published: 2013-10-22
for Pizza?I need this size pan for a Sicilian pizza, but some reviews say it warps and overbrowns on bottom. Has anyone had luck with pizza? It needs to be cooked on lower 3rd of oven at high (550) temps so I am wary. Thanks.I can tell you that it DEFINITELY warps. I would try to find a rectangular pizza stone. Stones work the best for pizza.Date published: 2013-10-22
Does this non-stick coating have any toxicity associated with it, like teflon?I generally avoid non-stick coatings because of the potential for toxic fumes and ingesting chipped coating. The word "ceramic" interests me, and I would like to know more about this non-stick coating. Is it truly safe?It is a base of Teflon. You can call them and they will tell you, and you can read their own response here: http://answers.williams-sonoma.com/answers/3177/product/usa-pan-goldtouch-nonstick-6-piece-essentials-bakeware-set/williams-sonoma-goldtouch-r-nonstick-6-piece-essentials-bakeware-set-questions-answers/questions.htm?sort=answers&dir=ascDate published: 2013-10-22
I have used this pan for baking biscuits about a dozen times and now they stick. why does this happen with this high price pan? The first few timesthe biscuits would slide off. I haven't used any abrasives in cleaning them.I always bake on parchment. Non stick pans are OK, but if you truly want non-stick, i highly recommend using parchment. I have used these pans without parchment and have not experienced any sticking, but the parchment habit is definitely one worth cultivating, in my opinion! I purchased the pans for the weight and quality and don't usually bake directly on my sheet pans.Date published: 2013-10-22
Can I use a silpat with this?Would using parchment paper or a silpat work with this or defeat the purpose of the coating?I've used my silpat for cookies with these and they were perfect.Date published: 2013-10-22
