- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Due to this bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the appearance of the baking pieces over time.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I've found their performance in the oven superior to any other non-stick pan I've tried. They work the best if you do not coat them with oil or butter. Non-stick cooking spray is a disaster on them. They are extremely good at crisping things--like baking frozen french fries in the oven. I find that the crisping is so good that I don't even bother flipping the food half way through the cooking time. The way that I eventually ruin them is that over time the oils from various foods collect on them and cause that "grunge" that you get on virtually every non-stick pan. Soaking and gentle scrubbing seems to ruin the finish. However, if you only use them for recipes that call for ungreased cookie sheets, they will last a long time. Love the size. Hate the fact that my housekeeper scrubbed my first set so much that the finish wore off very quickly. Hate that I personally clean my new set each time I use them and I cannot get them clean. They discolor easily and it is impossible to get them clean without scrubbing the finish off. I still use them regularly, but the thrill of my pretty gold sheet pans is gone. I've used the other goldtouch baking pans (loaf pan, 8" square pan, 9" square pan), and they are phenomenal. Like literally a game changer. I had high expectations for this half sheet, but it warped on first use. Tried to call WS to return it, but since I don't have the order number, they won't let me return. Giving this away to goodwill instead. I got this off my registry a couple months ago and it is by far the best pan I have ever used. My others have either warped, discolored almost immediately, or I've had to soak over night. I assumed that was the norm until I received this. This pan is magic. It is ridiculously quick and easy to clean. The food and burnt bits fall off with literally 15 seconds of scrubbing and the pan looks good as new. Like many other reviewers the black residue remains in all the cracks and crevices. Extra scrubbing only led to the surface coating coming off. Thankfully I only used one of my 4 pans. I did as someone suggested and put extremely hot water in it with Palmolive dish soap to soak for 5 - 10 minutes. I cooked the pizza too long and it became a burned mess not fit for human consumption. The Williams Sonoma Goldtouch® Nonstick Half Sheet Pan was covered with black, stuck on, carbonized food and looked like it was headed to the land fill. After it cooled, it took a large squirt of the blue dish soap, hot water, a 5-minute soak, a sponge, and it quickly looked good as new. I disagree with the folks that gave this cookie sheet a bad review claiming that it is hard to clean.Date published: 2017-06-24Rated 1 out of 5 by tea4two from Hard to clean, things burn I thought these pans were going to be great so I not only bought this one, but got the cookie sheet and two 1/4 sheet pans and threw my old pans away. These are not what I expected. I use them for roasting vegetables and baking. First of all almost everything burns on the bottom. Secondly they are a pain to clean. Because everything burns, the pans have a lot of black on them and if you use oil, good luck! They are bumpy and near to impossible to get looking clean. I don't really care what my pans look like as long as they cook well and I can't say they do that. It bakes well, but black residue has accumulated on it and I have found it absolutely impossible to keep it clean. The bumpy surface makes things worse. Using hard pressure makes the surface material come off, so I stopped and gave up. I will keep using it, but I'm embarrassed when people see me baking on it because it looks so gross. I bought a whole set of these Goldtouch pans and would not do so again, because I've had that same problem with all of them.Date published: 2017-03-09
