Rated 5 out of 5 by Beth21 from Best Cookie Sheets Ever I have had these cookie sheets for more than 5 years and they are the best cookie sheets I've ever owned. You need to use parchment paper if you are cooking something really messy, but for just regular cookie baking, they are good as new after all these years. Even the one we used for roasting veggies still works, but it does have some black spots on it - it is not pristine like the one devoted to cookies only.Date published: 2019-12-02Rated 2 out of 5 by Gabri from Sadly, it does not last I bought those baking sheets a couple of years ago and in the beginning I really liked them. They created a perfect golden hue on all my baked goods. They also were great for roasting vegetables and fish, albeit not easy to clean afterwards. In the last couple of months they started peeling terribly and are no longer usable for anything. I'm very disappointed and can no longer recommend them.Date published: 2019-11-09Rated 5 out of 5 by Amy L from My favorite Pan! I love the Williams Sonoma Goldtouch line! Not only are the pans oh so pretty but I love that they are non-stick and they wipe clean super easily with a damp paper towel. Excellent quality, sturdy, professional grade.Date published: 2019-06-26Rated 1 out of 5 by flowercook1234 from DO NOT buy I have the 15 pc set of goldtouch pans. The other pans are great, but these half sheet pans are a waste of money. I bought in 2017. I've used approximately 6 times since. This last time I was baking I noticed the gold coating was peeling. Disappointed, I called WS customer service. They said that these are too old to be replaced. How long should pans last? Peeling of the surface is unacceptable. I don't put in the dishwasher, but the representative suggested that dishwasher could cause this. However, it does state these are dishwasher safe. Why label it that way? You should stand by your product, not just for 30 day return policy. I have other brands of half sheets that have lasted forever.Date published: 2019-06-04Rated 1 out of 5 by Misty67 from Very disappointing This pan is very difficult to clean. This is what it looks like after placing in a 325 degree oven with no oil or cooking spray on it. How do I clean the discoloration? I plan to switch to a different type of sheet pan.Date published: 2019-04-18Rated 1 out of 5 by LKnights from Don't waste your money. Terrible. Received this baking sheet and the first time I used it to roast some sweet potatoes, and it buckled significantly worse than cheaper sheet pans I've had for much longer. I'm hoping WS will accept a return, because I wouldn't want this if it had been free.Date published: 2019-03-31Rated 1 out of 5 by CA chef from WARPS, STICKS, STAINS Most of my kitchen tools are from WS. I thought I was upgrading baking sheets by buying several of the non-stick corrugated pans, but they are several steps down from the basic steel pans. Not only does 99% of food stick to them, but they bend and warp above 375°F. I cannot use them without silicone liners - and definitely cannot roast wet for oily ingredients in them, such as marinated chicken, asparagus in olive oil or potatoes. Since my purchase is past the 30 day return policy term, I have to keep these overpriced, shoddy pans and only use them for cookies or anything that can be baked on silicone. I'm so thankful that I kept my original steel pans. DO NOT BUY.Date published: 2019-03-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Libbiemarie from Love this Bakeware!!! My pan is in perfect shape after 3 years of use and I would recommend these pans to anyone that would want a pan that last a long time. No parchment paper is needed!Date published: 2019-03-25
