Rated 1 out of 5 by Misty67 from Very disappointing This pan is very difficult to clean. This is what it looks like after placing in a 325 degree oven with no oil or cooking spray on it. How do I clean the discoloration? I plan to switch to a different type of sheet pan.Date published: 2019-04-18Rated 1 out of 5 by LKnights from Don't waste your money. Terrible. Received this baking sheet and the first time I used it to roast some sweet potatoes, and it buckled significantly worse than cheaper sheet pans I've had for much longer. I'm hoping WS will accept a return, because I wouldn't want this if it had been free.Date published: 2019-03-31Rated 1 out of 5 by CA chef from WARPS, STICKS, STAINS Most of my kitchen tools are from WS. I thought I was upgrading baking sheets by buying several of the non-stick corrugated pans, but they are several steps down from the basic steel pans. Not only does 99% of food stick to them, but they bend and warp above 375°F. I cannot use them without silicone liners - and definitely cannot roast wet for oily ingredients in them, such as marinated chicken, asparagus in olive oil or potatoes. Since my purchase is past the 30 day return policy term, I have to keep these overpriced, shoddy pans and only use them for cookies or anything that can be baked on silicone. I'm so thankful that I kept my original steel pans. DO NOT BUY.Date published: 2019-03-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Libbiemarie from Love this Bakeware!!! My pan is in perfect shape after 3 years of use and I would recommend these pans to anyone that would want a pan that last a long time. No parchment paper is needed!Date published: 2019-03-25Rated 1 out of 5 by Richard71 from does not stay nonstick I have purchased several of these and unfortunately they do not retain their ability to nonstick. I seldom use mine but my fiancé used her old set frequently. I bought her a set telling her how nonstick they were. After just a couple months, everything we try to cook on them sticks. We have tried washing them by hand. Washing them in the dishwasher. They are stored in a rack so they do not touch.Date published: 2019-02-27Rated 1 out of 5 by annathy from Used to be good, replacement flaked immediately When we were married we received a number of goldtouch items and used the quarter and half sheets enough over a few years to warrant replacement so got some new ones. They lost coating the first use so now I have to put aluminum foil on them to use the things since I don’t want us eating the coating!Date published: 2019-01-05Rated 1 out of 5 by LynneM from Coating peels ... REALLY DO NOT EVER SCRUB I purchased 4 of the half sheet pans a few years ago. This Thanksgiving, I used one of them with a rack to roast my spatchcocked turkey. Big mistake. The roasted vegetables and juices burned onto the pans, and while the pans are "anti-stick," stuff sticks if baked on. After a bunch of soaking and gentle rubbing with cloths, in an effort to clean the pans, we turned finally to green scrub cloths, and patches of the gold coating gave way before stuck on food did. Disappointing. When WS says NOT to scrub in the care instructions, BELIEVE THEM. Since this is no longer food safe, it is either getting tossed, or will be relegated to catching future spills.Date published: 2018-12-23Rated 2 out of 5 by RMSS from So disappointed I purchased several pieces from the William Sonoma gold touch line. The half sheet pan and several cookie sheets. After roasting vegies the half sheet pan warped to where I can no longer use it. I am so disappointed I really expected better quality from Williams Sonoma. After reading through the reviews appears this is a common issue.Date published: 2018-11-21
