Classic Potlatch Rub: Inspired by recipes from Native American tribes in the Pacific Northwest, our savory rub is a rich, smoky combo of paprika, red chiles, coriander and aromatic herbs.

Chile Lime Rub: From Latin America to the South Pacific, the pairing of chiles and lime is a go-to match. Our zesty rub blends New Mexican chiles and tart lime enhanced with California cilantro, cumin and other fragrant spices.

Smokehouse Rub: To create authentic smokehouse flavor, we blend premium Pacific sea salt that's been slow-smoked over Pacific Northwest applewood with imported thyme and sage, then add a dash of sugar for the perfect savory-sweet balance.
