Tiramisù, literally “pick-me-up,” is a classic Italian dessert. Eli's Cheesecake Co. in Chicago makes our creamy version from rounds of delicate espresso-infused sponge cake layered with lightly sweetened mascarpone cheese and sweet cream. To serve, simply thaw the dessert and dust the top with the included cocoa powder for an elegant finish.

- Use & Care
- The tiramisù ships frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove the tiramisù from the shipping container. Place in the refrigerator to thaw and serve within 5 days, or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To completely thaw the frozen tiramisù, refrigerate it for at least 6 hours before serving. Alternatively, you may partially thaw the tiramisù for 4 hours so the mascarpone has the consistency of ice cream. Empty the packet of cocoa powder into a fine-mesh sieve and shake it gently over the top of the cake.

I want to make sure I have it on hand for company and those people who stop by during the holidays so I just ordered another one I will keep in the freezer. We found that the cake tastes best when it is slightly frozen. The bottom is wet, and serving it very cold makes the bottom a little firmer when eating. In addition to being delicious, guests enjoyed something little different for a birthday cake. Leftovers were refrozen and were just as delicious when served again. The extra cocoa topping provided totally covered the top of the cake...more so than what is shown on the photo. Beautiful presentation. It has always been a much anticipated part of a festive meal. When I opened the box on Christmas eve to thaw the cake for the following day, there was liquid all over the bottom of the box (probably liqueur) and all over the styrofoam packing. The plastic seal was ripped open exposing half of the cake. Because of this the cake had dried out and the flavor was compromised. I am a frequent online shopper and have ordered many desserts online, including this Tiramisu. This is my 3rd purchase (one was a gift for a family member) and each time, the dessert tasted amazing! NEVER in my 50 years of life on this planet have I tasted something as amazing as this cake!!!!! Yes, there may be something out there that is as good, or.....better? If there is, I don't think that I could handle it....;-) I couldn't wait, so as soon as the box arrived, I opened it, and let it thaw. In anticipation, I couldn't wait until it was completely thawed, so I ate a slightly frozen piece which tasted very good. I decided to put the Tiramisu in the refrigerator and after 2-4 days, I ate a slice......MY WOOOOOORD!!!!!!!! The creaminess, the texture, the flavor of the liqueur was out of this world!!!!!!!!!! The original ladyfingers are better. Too bland.
