For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

I cook it right in my oven at 400 degrees for 1.5 hours. I’ve used it 4 times now and I’m convinced this is the best way... make sure you let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Also for guest it’s the best presentation! I’ve injected (butter &maple and lemon & butter) and have gone plain... they’ve all turned out great, however if your in it for just the skin you may not be that impressed. First time user with a roaster chicken, the legs don't fit - they hand closer to the body than in the pictures and the bones are on an angle and too thick to fit the hooks. I used it in a kettle with the 7" rotisserie ring in place and the result was, well, nothing special. One time use and out.... I can't even return it because it was a gift. I think WS only cooks fryers... or pigeons. Oh, and I have to store it in parts - the frame doesn't collapse, which is kinda ok on the grill, but it won't fit in anything - and the hanger and hook in a baggie somewhere. Delicious results with minimal prep work. The only bit that wasn't covered very well in the video was the removal of the chicken from the hanger. After the chicken has cooled for a few minutes, pinch the metal tips at the neck opening while pushing in the lever at the other end. It barely fit in my oven height-wise either but I proceeded to cook the chicken. Does a marvelous job and produces moist and juicy chicken. Much better than other "beer can" methods I've tried. Now they include a helpful instruction sheet. Before they started doing this there were a lot of complaints in reviews about this. On my BBQ at 425 -450 degrees a 5-12 pound chicken takes at least 2 hours, a little longer than W-S says. Be sure to check with a good food thermometer. This is truly the ultimate way to roast a chicken and get the juiciest most tender chix EVER. The juice running down into the breast meat makes it so flavorful.. I generally use that meat for hot or cold sandwiches. No more...because the breast meat is just as tender as the thighs.
