- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Use only wood, nylon, silicone or other nonmetallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Hand-wash in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Do not soak.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- Cutter and tamper are dishwasher safe.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I read the reviews about the cutter for the crust, so I rolled my pastry into small balls, indented them with my fingers, then used the tamper to press the dough into each tart. It worked just fine after a little practice. Two of these pans fit well side by side in my oven and they cleaned very easily in warm soapy water. I am a culinary schooled chef and pastry chef. I own 6 of these pans. They can make so many elegant sweet and savory items that look very impressive, yet it is as easy as baking cookies. I have read some of the other reviews where people were having issues. Number one, pie dough should ALWAYS be baked from frozen to prevent shrinking, so pop them in the freezer for 20-30 mins or longer before baking. And, the cutter is plenty large enough. Put enough pressure on the presser and the dough fills the wells perfectly. As always, the dough needs to be the right temperature when working with it, not TOO hard and cold, but not sticky and melty either. I have had zero issues with this pan, and have so many ideas for it. For sweet, a shortbread type crust is delicious, but also a hazelnut or chocolate shortbread and more could be really fun. I was skeptical upon reading some of the negative reviews, but I absolutely love this mini-tart pan - so much that I bought a second one! You can make mini-quiches, mini-pies and so many things with it. I do have a tip though. Instead of the cutter that comes with the kit, I use a slightly larger one as shown here. It is only very slightly larger but I find it works great. You still only use about a tablespoon of filling as almost any filling you use will puff up a lot during cooking. The tarts slide right out, are beautiful and special but SO EASY to make! I just use any recipe for a pie or quiche and it works fine. I also found I can use a single frozen pie crust (terrible, I know) and get 12 tarts out of it, or two pie crusts (one box of frozen) if I do a top crust. (This was my first time making them) Like other reviewers I was nervous that the cutter was not large enough, it turns out it worked perfectly (don't roll the dough to thin). There was ample room for filling. The non stick feature was like a dream, couldn't believe how easily they came out! One reviewer was disappointed that it was hollow. All of my baking sheets are also hollow. The layer of air helps prevent scorching the bottoms of your baked goods by not having it directly on the heated racks. At least that's what I've been told.
