- The Bundt cake ships chilled. Upon receipt, refrigerate the cake, or freeze to serve at a later date. It will keep refrigerated up to 3 days, or frozen up to 2 months, unopened.
- If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour for best flavor. If frozen, thaw the Bundt cake at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Granulated sugar, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, butter, milk, brown sugar, powdered sugar, pecans, rum, rum extract, baking powder, salt, pure vanilla, baking soda, corn syrup.

When it arrived and I opened the tin I was expcting to smell the rum but no rum smell, only sugar. I figured maybe once it came to room temperature it would blossom. Room temp but no rum smell. OK, when I taste it, right? Still no rum taste. It was a boring pound cake with a too sweet butter pecan icing. I wanted rum cake, a real rum cake, so I was very disappointed. Moist, buttery cake with just the right amount of Rum flavoring making me think of a wonderful pastry in France. The combination of cake to nut's makes each bite a sensory explosion.
