Enjoy this fast-melting chocolate stirred into hot milk, whipped cream or espresso. The premium cocoa powder begins with Guittard chocolate, ground using a century-old grindstone to ensure perfect consistency. The traditional Dutch process neutralizes a portion of the chocolates's acidity, which enables the cocoa to dissolve more readily. Finally, it is sweetened with sugar and flavored with natural vanilla in perfect proportions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bryce from Awesome sweet ground chocolate Other reviews are from ignorant people. Product is measured by weight NOT how full the container is. My container is half full but weighs as advertised. Tastes great and mixes well.Date published: 2019-03-13Rated 2 out of 5 by Nicole from Full price for less then 1/2 I bought this a month ago for hubby . He loves chocolate milk however I was disappointed to see that this contained wasn’t even filled half way up ? Really William Sonoma ??? We shop here every week, we were very disappointed in this .Date published: 2018-09-25Rated 3 out of 5 by Nico from Great Hot Chocolate Mix. But container half empty Very excited to purchase this for the holiday weekend. I went all out and had homemade whipped cream and marshmallows ready. However, very disappointed to open the container to find it half empty. It was still sealed so not sure if this was a mistake or this is the normal amount. I do have to say the flavor is amazing. It has a rich chocolate flavor but it's not to sweet. It blends beautifully and doesn't leave a gritty texture when you drink it. I do use a whisk to help blend just in case. Not sure it's worth the price though for a half empty container.Date published: 2017-12-26Rated 5 out of 5 by Teresa M from Great hot chocolate mix...love it with Almond Milk Just brought this home from the store. Warmed up 2 cups of Almond milk in a sauce pan and before it got to a boil, added just a bit less than 1/2 cup of this mix. Stirred constantly with a wooden spoon til disolved and creamy. Came out rich and delicious. Rich chocolate flavor, like a rich chocolate cake in a cup.Date published: 2017-10-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Karen1234 from Best Hot Chocolate I've ever had!!! Best hot chocolate I've ever had!!! Great flavor! Very satisfying for a warm, late night winter dessert/snack!! Just make sure to warm your milk enough to melt the chocolate. Then, whisk in the chocolate for a well blended hot chocolate.Date published: 2017-01-07Rated 5 out of 5 by ItalianCoffeeLover from Great for mochas I actually never use this for hot chocolate. I sometimes use it for baking, but the vast majority of the time I add roughly a teaspoon to my coffee for a delicious Mocha. Better and richer chocolate flavour (and cheaper) than I get in chain cafes.Date published: 2016-12-17Rated 5 out of 5 by tklovesws from Sweet Ground Chocolate.. Sent to my daughter and grandaughter as part of their Easter basket and they both loved the hot chocolate along with their chocolate pancakes..Date published: 2013-04-16Rated 1 out of 5 by Mardo from Big Mistake I imagine the chocolate quality is ok, but I ordered the wrong product for my daughter. She loves the peppermint cocoa mix and was disappointed in this plain chocolate. It does not mix well with the hot milk, leaving globs of chocolate at the bottom of the cup. We've been trying to get the peppermint mix, but apparently it's been out of stock for a while.Date published: 2012-01-02
