Our boneless rib-eye is richly marbled, with a natural “flavor kernel” running through each steak that melts and bastes the meat during cooking, keeping it juicy and imparting delicious beef flavor. These choice cuts are from a 150-year-old family-owned New York butcher that supplies some of the country’s top steakhouses and restaurants. The hand-picked USDA Prime beef is expertly dry aged for three weeks at Strassburger’s onsite facility, a process that concentrates natural flavors and tenderizes the meat. The steaks require only a quick turn on the grill or under the broiler.

- The steaks ship frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the steaks in the refrigerator or freezer for a later date. The steaks will keep refrigerated up to 3 days unopened and up to 3 months frozen.
Proper Thawing Technique
- Remove the meat from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. To retain more of the natural juices, leave the meat in its original packaging while thawing. It is normal for natural juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and delivery. This gives our artisan partners time to prepare your order with exceptional care and attention to detail. A more accurate delivery date will be quoted on the payment page. Perishable food items are not eligible for rush shipping. Please not that we do not ship perishable food items outside the contiguous 48 states or to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I live in Oakland, CA and we lost our only dry-aged beef with grain feeding for great marbling six months ago at a Berkeley butcher retail store. I HATE grass fed beef and was so happy growing up in TN when my father had a cow grain feed for two months before having it carved up for us. It tasted so much better than grass fed. Now living in organic northern CA, everything is grass fed; with the exception of two steakhouses. I was searching on Williams Sonoma and up popped a fantastic photo of perfection in marbling on my favorite steak....Ribeye. Of course, grain feed for flavor and dry-aged. I immediately ordered four of them and they arrived and when thawed out they looked exactly like the photo of the raw picture on Williams Sonoma. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Finally, I found a grain fed and dry aged steak better than my last retail store in Berkeley that closed. Since I cook steaks to charred medium rare perfection with sea salt and black pepper, I am one happy person. OMG! this steak melts in your mouth. It is the best steak you will find anywhere. Thank you Williams Sonoma for bringing these steaks to us. One piece of advice for the Strassburger Dry-Aged website, you need to show the raw photos of this steak on your website.
