These choice center cuts have a rich, hearty flavor that makes them a favorite on steakhouse menus. They’re hand-selected and expertly finished by Strassburger, a 150-year-old family-owned New York butcher that supplies some of America’s best restaurants. This USDA Prime beef is dry-aged for three weeks to intensify and enhance the flavor, while naturally tenderizing the meat. Cooking is easy – the tender, juicy steaks require only a quick turn on the grill or under the broiler.
- Four 3/4"-thick boneless steaks, 14 oz. each (serves 4).
- Shipped frozen.
- Product of USA.
- Use & Care
- The steaks were shipped frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate the steaks, or freeze to serve at a later date. They will keep refrigerated up to 3 days, or frozen up to 3 months, unopened.
- Remove the meat from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. To retain more of the natural juices, leave the meat in its original packaging while thawing. It is normal for juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing and delivery of perishable items, which are shipped overnight to ensure freshness. Perishable items are not eligible for rush shipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kittysafe from Amazing Steaks I made these steaks a few different ways and they turned out beautifully every time. Grilled, salt and pepper, pan-seared in dry rub, broiled in wet marinade Beautiful steak, delicious, would definitely recommend.Date published: 2013-09-30
