Amanda Wilbanks, founder of Georgia's Southern Baked Pie Company, combines family recipes, local ingredients and butter-rich dough to create some of the best pies we've ever tasted. This pie is loaded with fresh peaches and not too much sugar for the perfect blend of tart and sweet. The double crust is rolled by hand and features a lattice top made with French pastry dough that's so flaky and tender, it melts in your mouth.

- The pie ships frozen to arrive chilled.
- Upon receipt, store the pie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. The pie is fully cooked and can be served at room temperature. Heat for 30 minutes at 350°F if you'd like to serve it warm.
