We worked with their experts to create a mix that makes it easy to whip up their iconic buttermilk pancakes at home. For light, fluffy flapjacks, we’ve combined custom-blended flours with real buttermilk and a dash of vanilla. Simply whisk in milk, eggs and oil, then ladle onto a hot, greased skillet and you'll enjoy a stack of fluffy, delicious hotcakes in no time. Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup, or, for the ultimate Snooze experience, top with vanilla cream sauce (recipe included), your favorite caramel sauce, cinnamon butter and candied pecans.

• Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, buttermilk powder (buttermilk solids, whey solids), non-aluminum baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate), sea salt, bicarbonate soda, bourbon vanilla (silicon dioxide).
