- Oven safe to 480°F.
- Place liner on a standard cookie sheet with the smooth side facing up; textured side prevents it from slipping.
- Do not use with an insulated cookie sheet, as this will interfere with heat conduction.
- After baking, allow baked goods to cool before removing; lift the liner's corner to dislodge.
- Do not use as a cutting surface.
- Roll for storage; do not fold.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I thought, at first, a half sheet pan (13" x 18") would work, but all of their inner dimensions are too small (the sides of the pan slope inward slightly make the usable liner size more like 11.38" x 16.5" ). I am currently unable to use my Silpat because of this. Can someone recommend a pan I could use my Silpat with that fits it? Preferably one where I won't have 4" of uncovered space around where the mat covers? This "Cookie Sheet" size Silpat seems to fall in between a standard half sheet baking pan and a standard full sheet baking pan. I have all of the W-S goldtone baking sheets. Have not had issues with sticking. Do I still need Silpats? Thank you.Hi YorkieMom24, You can use Silpat on any baking sheet (nonstick or traditional uncoated). They are meant for a sheet that is not coated but a lot of bakers prefer to bake on Silpat regardless of the coating because it optimizes heat conduction for perfectly baked cookies and pastries.Date published: 2018-12-28
I do bake but would prefer to use these mats for roasting vegetables and/or broiling fish. It says safe to 480 degrees. What has been the experience of those who've used them beyond baking?Hi Barbara, You can use a Silpat silicone mat any way parchment paper is meant to be used so it would be perfect for roasting vegetables and baking fish. We don't recommend using it under the broiler since broiling temperature starts at 500 degrees F and these mats are oven safe to 480 degrees F.Date published: 2019-02-12
