Award-winning chef Roy Choi brings the flavors of L.A.'s Koreatown to your kitchen with this do-it-all sauce – a marinade, BBQ sauce, dip and condiment in one. Inspired by the signature recipes featured at his Los Angeles restaurants, it's a brilliant blend of garlic, sesame, pear, citrus and sake – with jalapeños and Korean gochujang red chile paste for a spicy kick. Splash this sauce on everything from rice and noodles to burgers, salads and tacos. Use it to marinate chicken – or to add a flavor boost to grilled steaks, veggies and anything else you like.

- Soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), water, rice wine vinegar, onion, orange juice, gochujang (water, sugar, red chile pepper powder, fermented soybean paste [water, soybeans, rice, salt, alcohol], pear puree concentrate, salt, salted sake [sake (water, rice koji), salt], contains less than 2% of onion powder, garlic powder, yeast extract, rice vinegar, sesame oil, paprika powder, cornstarch), shallots, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, tahini (sesame seeds), jalapeño pepper.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LDries from New Go-To Stir Fry Sauce I bought this a couple of months ago to use when meal prepping stir fry bowls and it does not disappoint! It has great flavor and a little kick to it to keep things interesting. I mix a couple of tablespoons of this with low sodium soy sauce & a little brown sugar (for sweetness) when I’m cooking. A basic cornstarch + water slurry helps thicken it but it’s not always necessary. I’d recommend it with chicken, steak, shrimp & veggies. If this were a bit cheaper, I'd buy this almost as often as ketchup. This is now one of my "go-to" condiments. I have had gochujang before and every one I've tried, were a very strong/funky flavor. You either like it or you don't. However, this sauce isn't like that. It's very balanced. It's a little salty, a little spicy, and a little funky from the fermented soybean paste. But they all come together perfectly. Wonderful on pizza, cheesesteaks, burgers, etc. My only issue is that I know Williams Sonoma often discontinues products and sometimes it's a product I care deeply about and will crave for a long time.Date published: 2018-02-06
