When time is of the essence, you’ll appreciate the latest revolution in French baking: the first truly ready-to-bake premium croissants. Created by master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon, these petite pastries are prepared by hand with the same all-natural ingredients as our other croissants. They go straight from freezer to oven without a minute of proofing and bake up light and airy, with a delicate flaky texture and a hint of buttery richness. Sized for three or four scrumptious bites, they’re perfect last-minute treats for brunch or tea, kids’ breakfasts and impromptu entertaining.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ritz51 from Poor Croissants came defrosted. Baked them anyway. Terrible results. Would never buy again. Very disappointed customerDate published: 2017-09-14Rated 2 out of 5 by Luna2 from Not what I expected I thought I would give these freezer-to oven mini croissants a try. Total disappointment. The amount of grease that was left on the baking sheet was awful with the croissants taking an age to brown and hardly rising. I think I will stick to the conventional croissants which are excellent.Date published: 2017-09-02Rated 5 out of 5 by schuhshine from Tasty & Convenient I like the freezer-to-oven convenience of these croissants, and they're tasty, too. One mini size croissant is just right for me, but for those who love their rolls, there's plenty to go around in a box of 20. You can make as many or few as you like and keep the rest in the freezer for next time. Great for the holidays. Best with a little egg wash.Date published: 2017-01-07Rated 5 out of 5 by macdaddy from good with gravey very good loved it very much will bye again good good good good good very goodDate published: 2016-11-03Rated 4 out of 5 by BlueAngel1 from Flaky Good They are flaky. Because I live 4500 ft. above as level and a very hot oven I take them out and defrost them longer then suggested and reduce temp to 350° and baked for 18 min. They are very nice when we have company overnight and serve with breakfast/brunch.Date published: 2016-06-14Rated 5 out of 5 by AndreaSpat from Easy and delicious croissants This really beats having to take the croissants out of the freezer the night before. They are just as good!Date published: 2015-07-14Rated 5 out of 5 by elen from Close to perfection As good as those that rise overnight (which I have been buying for years). These have baked perfectly, including in toaster oven, each and every time. Only reason they are only "close" to perfect is the size; I want more than one, but two are too many. Will buy again and again.Date published: 2015-02-23Rated 1 out of 5 by Misscelie from Croissants are too flaky. I was so-o-o disappointed with these. There was no substance to them; they are all flakes! When I finished eating 2 them, I had half a plate of flakes! I also had an experience with them being doughy inside. However, I found that if I followed the directions to the letter, and let them sit out while the oven heated up, they cooked all the way through. Also, if you want to butter them, you should brush the outside, because it is very hard to butter a handful of flakes! I will not buy them ever again!Date published: 2015-02-11
