I have over 100 cookbooks, but I have never read one before that feels like the author (the lively Amirah Kassem, who should have her own baking show!) is right in my kitchen, giving me personal step-by-step advice on how to make her creative and original cakes! The book is loaded with easy-to-follow recipes beautiful and enticing pictures and Kassem's helpful tips for success. All her professional secrets for these cakes are generously shared, along with a strong impression of her warm and friendly personality.
