Our pasta maker does all the heavy lifting for you with convenient features such as automatic mixing and kneading, four shaping discs and an easy-to-use cleaning tool that makes cleaning the machine fast and easy. All you need to do is measure your ingredients and add them to the pasta maker. Within minutes, fresh pasta begins extruding from the machine. Feel free to get daring with your pasta recipes and experiment with flavors by adding herbs or vegetables to your dough recipe. You can also easily make ravioli and dumplings using the lasagna tool.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Put the pot of water on to boil, fill everything to the lines indicated in the cups and run the program. The flour starts mixing, you add the liquid slowly and in the time it takes for the water to boil, you have homemade pasta. Can’t beat that! Cleanup is easy as long as you wipe everything down right away with a dry cloth, before washing. We use it so often, it seldom leaves the counter. It was missing it’s recipe book (still waiting for it to arrive via mail), but the company supplied us with a pdf right away and with it, it’s pretty easy to make perfect pasta every time. We’ve tried almost all of the attachments, with lasagna being the only one we haven’t tried yet. I have my own blend of pasta flour that I use, so it was important that this machine could allow me to still use it. Out of the box, the machine was intimidating (reason for Not making fresh pasta), but I pressed on. I followed the recipe with the maker the first time and my batch of pasta and dinner was horrible, making my fears of fresh pasta valid, my poor husband ate it anyway and he is Italian. I waited for over a month before I thought about trying again. I had thought about what I did vs. what was wrong with the machine, answer was; I did not follow the directions and let it alone. I thought things looked very dry and being a baker, dry flour, add water. This is NOT how this machine works, do not add extra water. The second time I used it, I used the recipe and let the machine do it's thing (thick Die) and the results was Awesome. I make my own sauce in batches, so now I use this at least 3 times a week. I have used my own recipes, just using ratios (bakers percentages), weigh my ingredients and everything always turns out great. My only wish is, that this machine was bigger, as holding more than 500g of flour, I would love to batch and dry a lot of pasta over the weekend without multiple small batches and having to wait for a cool down time, kinda like my bread machine that does all my pizza dough for me :-) for a month worth of dough. But it has never worked when I have tried to make flavored pasta with eggs. I have followed directions and watched the video but still, the flour and liquid congeal inside the machine and nothing comes out. I'm going to the Williams Sonoma store and ask for a demonstration. It’s so easy with this machine. I’ve experimented with different flour types, egg pasta, even rice noodles - they’re all easy, quick and taste great! Cleanup is easy for me. Pull the parts right when finished extruding, pick out any chunks, then place in hot water while cooking and eating.
