Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

I finally found out from the online manual this model doesnt have it. Please update the manual and product description. If I had known I would have gotten the wifi one. Now trying to return and get a new one would difficult.

The product does describe that the app works with this item, but if you have a recent OS on your phone, it will not work with it.

We choose Philips for our mother lung problems. It has monitor the air quality with efficiently. Less than a month the machine icon lit up notifying us to clean the filter. The sleep mode is fantastic our mom is able to sleep with the unit on at night. The color ring is a great feature, its simplistic , our mom is able to know when the unit is working and cleaning the air in her bedroom. She loves it. It is definitely worth the price and investment.

Its solid made and nice design attracts people and the air quality light gives idea about how bad is air quality inside. iOS apps works fine but slow connection make it not the first choice. However app gives you local air quality updates which is kinda nice. However it has few things those need be taken care. 1) filters are way expensive compare to the other available in market, even the expensive air purifier does not have this much expensive filters cost, overall it’s yeal maintenance is very expensive. 2)the iOS is designed by 3rd party which makes me uncomfortable about data and future updates. 3) the app does not have any scheduler to run it automatically when needed. Now some nice things about it: 1) like I said before design is appealing and beautiful. 2) not too heavy to move around, although I would have like wheels to move around. 3) air quality light ring gives nice indication about air quality. 4) setup was easy and quick. 5) nice button panels to quickly adjust settings without app.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replaced a Sharper Image Ionic Breeze My Ionic Breeze stopped working, spewing too much ozone. I researched all the types of air cleaners and found this one high on the list. The Wi-Fi Connectivity, while a novelty, is nice to have but I barely use. I use this in the basement rec room, ~450 square feet. It runs quietly and does a good job with cleaning the air. Nice indicator that shows the air quality. Granted on the Ionic Breeze I did not have to change out filters. This unit has three layers of filters, so we will see how well these last before replacement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The purifier might be working fine as an air purifier but it doesn’t show up in the app. Basically it will connect to your network its IP address will be pingable however the app will faill to recognize it as a device which means you will not be able to control it via wifi. Dev released 6.9.10 with support for this purifier but the app still doesn’t work. It's a shame Philips cannot write themselves the app and need a 3rd party to do it.
