Lots of pizza fans love extra cheese as a topping, so we decided to take its classic flavor all the way to the foundation with a Parmesan-infused pizza crust. A great “secret ingredient” to keep on your pantry shelf, our all-natural mix creates a savory dough that’s very easy to handle. All you add are olive oil and water—the yeast is in the mix. Whether you bake your creations in a pan or on a stone, the pizza will emerge from the oven with a crispy, golden Parmesan crust.

- Unbleached wheat flour (wheat, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), parmesan cheese (milk, culture, salt, enzymes, disodium phosphate), yeast, salt.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Let it rise for over an hour and did not rise at all. I live in S Florida so house is plenty warm. Put in fridge and next day let it sit out for two hours - still no change in volume. Had to bake pizzas as is and crust was awful. I use a tbsp.of garlic rosemary olive oil and a 1/2 tsp. of pizza seasoning for each crust. I boil 2 c. water in my microwave to to warm it up as a "proofing box" and once the dough is mixed up, I cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and a towel, then leave it in the warmed-up microwave to rise. In about an hour I have no problem with the dough doubling in size. The texture is great and it crisps up well. We grill our pizza and it rises very well. The directions for making the pizzas are not particularly accurate. After mixing, the dough is supposed to double in size in an hour. After 2 hours, it increased in size by about 33%.
