Rated 5 out of 5 by Bec215 from Beautiful, impressive, easy dessert First bundt pan, and I'm in love! We have tons of Nordicware pans, and I've been very pleased with the quality of them all. This one is a bit difficult to clean, but my husband sticks everything in the dishwasher, and this has gone through several cycles with no issues, as other NW pans. (All aluminum pans are recommended to hand wash to preserve the finish.) CLEAN-RELEASE TIP: do NOT, repeat do NOT use butter or butter + flour on these pans - the cake will stick and never release well. I use a baker's spray sold by WS and "that other store", and they pop right out, perfect shape preserved. PAN SIZE NOTE: the box mix from WS nearly fills this pan, and the cake does rise above the top - though it fell to ~1/4" above the rim after removing from the oven. Make sure to check the volume of your Bundt pan - you might even get 2 small Bundt cakes from the smaller pans + this mix, but it will fill either a 10 or 12 cup pan. WS CAKE MIX NOTE: WS Devil's Food Bundt mix makes the hands-down best cake I've ever eaten. Yes, it's silly expensive for a box mix, but no more than a store-bought cake - and infinitely better. If you're a fan of devil's food cake, this is a must-try, even once... not the "lava cake", just the plain devil's food. Texture is rich and dense, almost like a moist brownie. Amazing.Date published: 2018-12-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Josh from Amazing pan! This pan is truly beautiful! It creates such a unique design.Date published: 2018-08-14Rated 5 out of 5 by ZenChef from Love this Pan I was looking for a unique bundt pan for holiday cake and this was a hit. The deep ridges increase the surface area and makes nice caramelized edges. I also sprinkled the cake with nuts before applying a glaze, so the pockets held the nuts nicely on top and all around the sides. Cake also came out perfectly, no sticking at all. The slight downside is making sure all the little peaks and valleys are clean. But short soak and plastic brush did the job.Date published: 2018-01-30Rated 5 out of 5 by Cookie from Elegant cake Love this cake pan. I bake cakes and bread in it. Always comes out perfect. It's also actually easy to clean.Date published: 2017-03-09Rated 5 out of 5 by Pebbles from My first william sonoma cake pan I was worried if it would come out in shape and I am more than satisfied.
