Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Then the wifi came and went even though only feet from router. Seperate app to control the thing although allows for manual control. In the end just plain didn't work and poor construction. I went to buy this Nomiku to use in lieu of my Sansaire. Then I found out that Nomiku prepares fozen meals (they are delicious) and if you buy the Nomiku on the site with the meals, you get a unit that has an RFID that you touch the meal tag to and it sets the Nomiku to cook it. Overall, the Nomiku has more wattage and is smaller than the Sansaire. I love that I get alerts on my phone, too. The only challenge I've had has been with learning how to cook sous vide - getting the temperature and timing right. But now that I'm getting the hang of it, things are coming out PERFECT. And the Nomiku is so easy to use. It is easy to learn and set, and it stores easily in a drawer in my kitchen with my vacuum sealer. The water heats up quickly. It's a snap to clean. Anova, Joule, etc... and Nomiku comes out on top. They have the biggest screen and circulates the largest amount of water. I like to big cooks like ribs and brisket and the others can't cut it. The Nomiku recipe app EatTender is pretty amazing, I like that the recipes are made by well-versed chefs and people at home like me but Nomiku screens each recipe to make sure it works.
