• The standard-bearer of French mustard since 1840, Fallot still makes Dijon according to tradition, with verjuice – juice from grapes harvested in nearby Burgundy – and millstone-ground mustard seeds. The smooth, golden mustard boasts a piquant taste that enhances marinades, sauces, sandwiches and salad dressings as well as charcuterie, cheeses and grilled meats.
