Celebrate the autumn harvest with maple and pecans – it's simple with our premium mix. For a deliciously rich loaf with a delicate sweetness, we've combined buttermilk, brown sugar and maple essence with crunchy toasted pecans. Prep is easy: just add butter, milk and eggs, then bake in a loaf pan. Serve your bread warm from the oven, drizzled with a simple glaze or spread with sweet butter or cream cheese.

- Enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, enzyme, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, light brown sugar, pecans, buttermilk powder, natural maple flavor, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla flavor, salt.
- Contains wheat/gluten, milk, tree nuts. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts, mustard.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

They had samples out and everyone was inhaling them. I bought four bags of mix, baked them up, and then my entire family and neighborhood went crazy for them. My daughter calls them french toast biscotti. YUM! The secret? Omit the milk, shape into two logs, bake on parchment paper (two inches apart) in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes, slice on the diagonal, bake another five minutes, flip, back five minutes more....and then just try not to eat them all.Date published: 2017-12-12
How would these do to make ahead in the nordic pan leaf shapes and freeze? A full house for Thanksgiving and trying to do as much as possible ahead of time.Hi Bunny, We believe this method would cause them to be dried out.
