  • Each time you use this pan, apply a thin layer of oil to the cooking surface and preheat the pan slowly before adding food.


  • Always hand-wash pan with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
  • Dry thoroughly, then apply a small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
  • Store pan in a dry location.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

  • Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Skillets In My Kitchen I use cast iron (only Lodge), non stick, stainless steel and steel skillets. I have three sizes of the Lodge Seasoned Steel Skillets. They are by far used the most of any skillet in my arsenal of skillets, and second in line are my Lodge cast iron skillets (well, the cast iron might get used a little more). They are light weight, heat rapidly and have even heat, and are uniformly flat. Virtually indestructible, and the seasoned surface is 100% nonstick. To clean you simply wipe off with paper towel after rinsing with hot water, heat on low burner until 100% dry, wipe with oil.

It wasn't available when I went to my local store but I was able to order it online. It holds the heat evenly and is fabulous for making Fritatta as it goes in the oven after sauteing the potatoes and veggies. A pan for all seasons. Love it!

The skillet heats quickly and evenly but cools more quickly than my traditional cast iron, making it more versatile while easier to handle. Very easy to clean. Highly recommend

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Warped After Using Twice I used this 2 times and washed it only when it was completely cooled down and it's warped to the point where I can't use it. Returning for a replacement hoping it's just a lemon since I've heard wonderful things about this skillet.
