As beautiful as it is delicious, it starts with three layers of rich, moist lemon cake that's baked with lots of plump, juicy blueberries. The luscious layers are filled with tangy homemade lemon curd, then frosted with velvety lemon buttercream frosting. For a refreshing finishing touch, the towering cake is topped with lemon curd and fresh blueberries – and artfully decorated with buttercream ribbons and scrollwork. This irresistible dessert is handcrafted for us in Indiana at Gwendolyn Rogers' award-winning Cake Bake Shop, where talented artisans use only the very best ingredients. Generously sized to serve a crowd, it arrives beautifully packaged in the bakery's signature pink cake box.

- Use & Care
- The cake is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove the cake from the shipping box and store in the freezer for up to 3 months, or defrost in the refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 4 days. If cake will not be served within 24 hours of receipt, store in the freezer, then follow the serving directions below.
- The cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove the plastic from the cake while it is still frozen. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove from box and allow the cake to come to room temperature, approx. 2–4 hours before serving. To serve, run a large knife under hot water and dry with a towel before every slice. Store leftover cake in an airtight container, where it will keep for up to 2 days.
- Sugar, butter, blueberries, all-purpose flour, egg whites (egg whites, guar gum, and triethyl citrate), whole eggs, lemon juice, sour cream, milk, egg yolks, vanilla (water, caramel color, vanillin, ethyl vanillin, potassium sorbate), lemon zest, baking powder, water, lemon extract (oil of lemon, alcohol, water), salt, gelatin, emulsion (propylene glycol, gum, sodium benzoate (preservative), citric acid, natural and artificial flavors), and yellow food color (water, sugar, colors (one or more of Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Yellow #6, Blue #1, Blue #2, or titanium dioxide), modified cornstarch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives).
